Grassington spacious B&B with incredible views

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

The Studio - Dilston Mill

Dilston Mill is a converted historic watermill on the banks of Devils Water in Northumberland. The Studio on the ground floor has easy access. It's a spacious room with table and chairs and a kitchenette area with microwave, sink unit, fridge, kettle and toaster. Nearby are cafes with all-day breakfasts and specialist bakeries and supermarkets for d-i-y breakfasts. Al welcome pack can include bread, butter, fresh milk, homemade jam and marmalade, biscuits, a treat, coffees and teas.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Squirrels, red kites, jays and many other birds can be seen here.

Waddams Barn is a fabulous barn conversion at the heart of this lovely Dales village. Within a few minutes walking distance are the Fox and Hounds and the Wensleydale Heifer. One offering fine 5* dining and the other a popular Camra traditional pub with a great atmosphere.

Self contained Pied a Terre in Leafy Jesmond

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.
