Lyn is a top notch host. She communicated very well and even checked in with us to make sure we had checked in ok and if there was anything we needed. She went above and beyond our expectations. Her place is wonderful, spotless, cozy and very comfortable. She also left us treats which we enjoyed. That was very kind and thoughtful of her. I would recommend her place 100%. If our travels take us back to Scotland ( and I’m sure they will) we would stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay in Mairi’s space. The apartment was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Mairi makes you feel so welcome. This place was the best equipped Airbnb that we have stayed in. Mairi even had a jug of milk waiting in the fridge when we got in, perfect for me, who was needing a nice hot cup of tea! Inverness is a great hopping off spot for your touring of the Highlands, and Mairi made us feel like we were staying with a friend. Highly recommend!

Great wee spot that’s very walkable to city centre area. Only stayed one night but would happily have stayed more! Very comfy bed and the space looks just like the pics.

This place is great for exploring Inverness on foot. Quick trip via 2 choices of stairs down to the shopping and restaurant. It is also easy to find via car. Used it as a home base to explore the area around Inverness. The kitchen was set nicely with spices and adequate dishes for breakfast and a dinner meal if you desire. The washer dryer was a nice bonus to freshen our clothes for the second week of our Scotland adventure.

It was super easy to check in, the hosts were super responsive and quick. Location is great as it’s only a few minutes walk to bars and shops and it was still peaceful as it’s by the river . Very clean inside and very beautiful. Overall amazing place.

We had a lovely stay, ate at La Tortilla and Thai Dining, and really enjoyed the walk along the river through Ness Islands to the Botanical Gardens

The pictures do not do this spot justice. I had no idea how big it was. Large living room, kitchen and bedroom. There was coffee, tea and breakfast items. The lock was a little tricky but eventually figured it out.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The cozy snug was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stunning views all around. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much!

Great base to explore Speyside. While Grantown on Spey might not be the most attractions-filled location, it is very well placed and offers all the essentials, including a few good restaurants and cafes. The accommodation itself was great, recently and tastefully refurbished and spotlessly clean. Fiona's instructions were very thorough and she was very responsive. Would definitely go back!

Lovely little flat with great views of the Cairngorms. Very well fitted out, the lack of a TV was no loss as it made us do other things in the evening. Spotlessly clean. Didn't see Humphrey as he was on a bike ride round Scotland on behalf of the Samaritans, when we did need to contact him by text he responded very quickly and got things sorted out. Would totally recommend.

Ideal weekend base whilst attending a wedding nearby. Quiet residential area however within easy walking of beach and shops.

Wonderful location…very close to the centre but also quite during the night. Jill kindly let us check in earlier and check out later. The flat had everything we needed for our stay. We are definitely coming back!

Would highly recommend this cosy and neat little apartment in Inverness. It was incredibly clean, beautifully (yet minimally) decorated and in walking distance of the main parts of town we wanted to explore. The photos of the property on the listing aren’t at all bad, but the place was even better in real life!

Ian is a brilliant host and what a lovely space to stay. Central, easy to find, super clean and comfortable. Ian communicated so clearly with me. Touches like wine and strawberries in the fridge went a long way to feel welcome, especially after a long day driving. Fresh flowers and plants provided an extra homely feel and very comfortable bed! When I come back to Inverness, I know where I will be staying. Thank you Ian.

super cute apartment! loved the walk right by the canal and down to the water. only complaint was the strong smell of weed every afternoon and evening, but I guess you can't have it all.

First of all, thank you Fiona for having us in your place. You have been such a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is lovely and comfortable. Home away from home. We love hearing the birds in the backyard and just relaxing.

Kevin's apartment was absolutely fabulous. 4 of us (2 couples) were very comfortable there and really pleased with pretty much everything about it!! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and has brilliant views of Spey Bay and Lossiemouth East Beach. The listing details are very accurate and pretty much anything we needed was available in the apartment. Good restaurants were in easy walking distance and there was ample parking for our cars at the apartment. Kevin was very helpful regarding check in and apartment access and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, central, stay on the Moray Coast - and hope to come back again in future!!

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

This was a great spot along the river to unwind after leaving the big city. Amanda’s place felt cozy and welcoming and had every amenity we needed, and more. One of the best stays we’ve had using Airbnb. Her instructions were very thorough and clear so I never needed to ask any questions. Excellent water pressure, comfortable beds, clean kitchen, and great view! Our stay was short but know if we come back this way, we’d book here again.

Freda’s place is ideal for a couple for a short stay: clean and comfortable, and a good place from which to drive into Inverness and visit Pictish sites. Freda had given us clear instructions on how to access the property and she also came out to welcome us when we arrived. We chatted to both Freda and her husband whilst we were there and they are friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciated that eggs, bread and milk had been left for us to make breakfast and there were recommendations for local places to eat .

a really comfortable stay, the accommodation was exceptionally clean, tidy and had everything I required. It was warm, cosy, close to several supermarkets and in an ideal location to access the highlands of Scotland. Many thanks

Much quieter than listing suggests. Don’t be put off by warning of noise, worst it gets is people walking above and washing machine. Lovely place, clean, tranquil with plenty of storage and well equipped
