Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Welcome to Sørlandets Perle, Risør With us you can stay centrally in a pretty and newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and free parking. Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.

Lad batteriene på idylliske Hjartinn. Sovesofa kan slås ut for to. Tilgang til uteplasser hage. Grill, vannkoker, Nespressomaskin og minikjøleskap. Utedo med vaskeservant (ventilert snurredo). Bade kan du gjøre i et tjern i nærheten (få minutter å gå, 2 min sykkel) eller på Søndeledtunet. Badebrygge. Kiwi (matbutikk) og kinesisk restaurant med uteservering finner du og på Tunet. Hunden Ellie bor i huset og jeg tar derfor ikke imot andre dyr dessverre.

Boat arch, right on the waterfront. Kayaks June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.
