Absolutely fantastic place! We just love it! It's the second summer in a row we've had at this lovely place in Charlotte's cabin. And we would love to come again. There aren't really words for how peaceful and lovely it is. Bonfires, swimming, fishing, relaxing, family time. The simple life and the best of the best!

We spent some nice days at Stian's cabin and received very good guidance from him about what to do in the surroundings. The cabin is located in a beautiful area with lots of hiking trails and nice swimming opportunities. Highly recommend. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the sauna did not reach the desired temperature, but with quick and good communication with Stian, he took the feedback and will fix it eventually. 10/10 😄

We have visited in the winter and it is perfectly located for a holiday on cross-country skiing and tobogganing, both are outside the door. The cabin is wonderfully free and with a beautiful view.

We had a fantastic stay in this nice and modern cabin! It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and we lacked nothing. The instructions we received in advance were very good and made it easy to find and use all the facilities correctly. The surroundings around the cabin were also great, with many opportunities for excursions and activities. The host, Tron, was easy and pleasant to communicate with. We especially appreciated his understanding and flexibility in connection with our stay. We can definitely recommend this cabin to others who want a comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

The host met us at check in. Great cottage with great views. All the equipment was in place. All bedrooms with good double beds. Clean and neat. Boom into cabin fields didn't work properly. Included a lot of phones and a little stress.

It is a very beautiful house and it even looks better in real life. It’s on a very nice mountain with a stunning view. Not gonna lie the whirlpool is the highlight of the apartment. If you want live the Norwegian dream for a few days, then this is your house to go for!

Very nice apartment. We stayed as a small family and had enough space. The region is beautiful and well connected to Risør via traditional ferry (at least during our stay). We can fully recommend.

We wanted to visit Risør and needed an overnight stay. This place was affordable but a little drive away (you find a very nice farm bakery on the way here). The little barn place was a great stay. Given the cheap price, it had a lot to offer. It is a beautiful surrounding, the little cabin is basic but beautiful with an "old day" charme. The bed couch isn't the most comfortable, but it works. The owner is super nice. He offered some ice cream to the kids, brought games to play and moved a swing so our kids could use it. They made a lot of effort to make our stay great. At the same time, they keep in the background and let you have your stay be private. Nothing more we could have wished for. You can also buy eggs from their little farm.

We had great days in this cozy cabin. Missed nothing and was completely in step with the description. Inger was very nice and responded quickly to inquiries. We would gladly came back!

We've had a week at Frødi's lovely cabin. And we're super excited about our stay. It has given our family the perfect summer vacation. At Frødis, you live safely and in the best settings you can imagine. The cabin is located high and has absolutely stunning views. Sitting and looking out over the water from the terrace is like a living painting. Totally unique. We also borrowed Frødi's boat, which is a short walk down by the gang. Borrowing the boat opened a lot of opportunities in the archipelago. The boat was easy to operate and we had some great trips in it. And Frødis is absolutely sweet and nice. Had made a very nice description of both cabin and area. And was very kind to communicate with. All in all, we can only highly recommend the cabin, where we are already talking about returning. We hope that everyone who borrows the cabin will take good care of it. It's unique to be able to spend your holiday such a lovely place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great home in beautiful and quiet surroundings. We had a lovely stay at this summerhouse which is scenic close to both the sea and the lake. Anders is a great host who is quickly responsive and flexible. We give this home top recommendations

Nina and Morten are very friendly and excellent hosts with fantastic accommodation. They prepared the cabin (clean & tidy) and welcomed us during the self-check-in with a few treats and drinks. We felt very welcome right away. The cabin is well-equipped (towels, extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen). The area is somewhat secluded on an "island" (two bridges) and quiet, close to nature. We observed deer/stags in the distance or encountered them on the driveway. Once, a fawn was even 3m away from the window in the garden, grazing :-). We also rented a boat from Nina&Morten. The communication with them was exemplary. Morten kindly showed us the boat on-site and gave us a briefing. They also provided a life jacket for our child! You can navigate safely through the fjords, fishing and swimming or even go shopping by boat ;). If we had any questions, both hosts were always reachable and consistently offered help. We had a great time in Norway. Thanks for allowing us to use the cabin:-)!

We spent a lovely journey in the "caravan + cabin"; and kids loved the campsite. Elin was helpful and it was easy to communicate. The place is charming; with all equipment we needed.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your cabin, we had a perfect holiday here! Since we‘re architects, we specifically fell in love with the design of this place! It’s surrounded by nature with a fantastic sea view and a short walk down to the sea. One of the best parts was to take the boat out around the archipelago and discover the norwegian nature! We even caught a couple of fishes and three big crabs for dinner. We also really enjoyed one of the hikes starting directly from the cabin with a combination of idyllic forest and typical norwegian rocky coast. The place also has two kayaks, which we didn’t get a chance to use since our stay was unfortunately a bit too short. But it’s something to look forward to next time we come back! We would recommend this place to everyone but perhaps even more to people that appreciate good design. Sivert was a great host, so there’s nothing to complain about!

Large cottage is just amazing and an absolute recommendation! The five of us really enjoyed our week here. Excursions to the beautiful harbour town of Risør are possible – either by the nearby small ferry, or by a rentable boat. You can also paddle on the lakes. A swimming spot in a small bay is within walking distance, as is the boat dock with seating for picnicking and fishing. But it is also completely sufficient to enjoy the stylish house as well as the enchanting garden. The view of the sea will stay in our hearts forever! A visit here is certainly worthwhile in all seasons. Due to its secluded location, along with only a few other cottages, it is the perfect place for anyone seeking tranquility and relaxation. Great also the children's toys. Gro is a very generous and friendly host. We felt absolutely welcome and comfortable at her place. Thank you so much for letting us be your guests

Beard and Ida are very nice and helpful hosts. We had a great week in a cozy cabin and fantastic surroundings. On foot and by boat, you can do all the shopping and reach many beautiful excursion destinations and islands, so you don't actually need the car. Mackerel can be caught directly 100m from the jetty. If you are looking for peace and beautiful views, you will find it here. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay right down by the waterfront on the idyllic and beautiful property of Lisbeth and Per Arild. The days were filled with crab fishing, refreshing morning baths, relaxing moments and barbecuing on the edge of the jetty – pure summer idyll! An extra big thank you to Per Arild who took us on an unforgettable boat trip around Borøya, where we got to experience sea eagles at close range. Thank you so much for some memorable and wonderful days with you. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to return!

We had a lovely vacation at Hennie's house. We had enough space for a family of 5 + grandparents. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare your meals. We especially liked the space outside the house which offers sunny spots for every time of the day The house is located in a private community which was very calm. Our kids loved the public swimming pool and close access to the sea. It's also really close to Risør. I often used a bike to get there.
