Simple and newly renovated cabin with outdoor shower and good old-fashioned two-seater outdoor toilet. Large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or a drink on the terrace in the evening, a good place to relax. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Only bathroom outside. Possibilities for rental of canoe, sup board, kayak or guided cruise in the archipelago in and around Risør.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

For nysgjerrige og aktive er det utallige muligheter for kyststier, øy-utflukter, sykling, skogsturer, padling, båtliv, restaurantbesøk, se vakre sørlandsperler, klatrepark, Raet nasjonalpark, Kristiansand dyrepark. Cabin 41 Risør. Sea view, large terrace, lots of sun

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.

Enkel overnatting

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei til Risør sentrum, badeplasser og turområde. Ta kontakt på Tlf 91616284 for spørsmål. Risør sentrum ca 7 min gangtid. Badeplass ca 10 min gangtid. Det er toalett og kun kalt vann. (Ikke dusj i leilighet, men Utedusj er tilgjengelig.) (3 senger og mulighet for at en til sover på sofaen.) Sengetøy er ikke inkludert.

Summer house right by the sea

Fantastisk beliggenhet på et lite skjær med utsikt ut over Sørfjorden. Egen strand to meter fra hyttens vestside. Leier bruker stranden som er på høyre siden for hytten, når en ser mot havet, altså vest for hytten. Stranden øst for hytten skal ikke benyttes av leietager. Skjermet uteplass på platting ved hytten, med hagemøbler og grill.
