Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Architect-designed cabin with stunning ocean views. Listed 2023. Two double beds with continental mattresses and two extra mattresses. Many hiking opportunities in idyllic and enchanting forest terrain. Enjoyable starry skies! Proximity to swimming area in both fresh and salt water. Rainwater from the cisterns and electricity from solar panels with the possibility of charging the PC, etc. Private sleeping annex. Terrace with good sun and wind conditions all day. The cabin is completely unashamedly located. This unique place has its very own style.

Apartment by the sea w/jetty

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Cosy Cottage in Portør, a Peninsula near Kragerø

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

This is a fantastic place. You are surrounded by beautiful nature, with you own private bay, lawn and pier. Can it be better? You can travel here by boat and car (a short walk from parking). And it is only a quick boat ride to one of Norways most charming summer cities, Risør. Perfect for å group of friends or a family. With or without small kids. The perfect place to enjoy life on a nice spring or summer day. And with the terrace to enjoy for outside games, dinners or just good conversations

Back to basic on the water front

Small and rustic cabin on the waterfront close to Risør, at the Norwegian south coast. If you are looking for a peaceful and harmonic environment as close as you can get to the ocean, chances are that you'll like it as much as we do. The shallow water is perfect for children. The cabin is very privately located with practically no close neighbors. You will also find fresh water lakes in the area. Øysang is close by and with the ferry you will be in Risør in just a few minutes.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Boat arch, right on the waterfront. Kayaks June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Volleyballnett, croquet, fiskestenger, fiskeutstyr, krabbefiskeutstyr, grill etc medfølger. Internett og strøm er inkludert. P-plass til 2 biler. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i sommersesongen (fom 23. mai 2025).
