We had a nice and relaxing stay and the cabin met all our expectations. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a large nice bathroom and good beds. Right by the cabin is the starting point for several nice walks in the mountains and below the cabin there is a small lake with opportunities for swimming and fishing.

It's a great value, new and modern with quality solutions. Great location for those who want some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and at the same time not too far away from shops. Very good response and service from host, recommended!

We really loved our stay in Heidi’s cottage! It was even more beautiful in person as you have a whole place with one main cottage and 2 small cabins/sheds. We even got visited by several sheep’s and cows, which made it even better! If you love a very simple and slow lifestyle by getting your own water from the river, no WiFi, heating the place up with your own wood and having an amazing view - this is your call! 10/10 would recommend (we didn’t want to leave)!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. The cottage has everything you'll need. Rune is extremely helpful and quick to respond. We felt completely at home. You can catch perch and trout in the lake; there are a lot of blackberries (nice for the pancakes), a blackberry bush and plum tree, delicious! There is a compost toilet and the water from the tap is not drinkable; but there was water in jerry cans ready. You have to assemble the shower yourself (hot water in a container and attach the automatic shower) but has its charm so outside showering in nature

We were in the cabin over New Year's Eve. From temperatures between 2 and -13 degrees, everything was there. The cottage is very cute and includes everything you need and more. With the wood-burning stove, the cabin can be heated in a relaxed manner. We had to get wood a few times, but that's no problem at the YX gas station in Evje. If you don't have any more wood, there is still a propane gas heater. We enjoyed it very much. It is super cozy when there is snow chaos outside and everything is nice and warm inside. The contact with Aase was easy, quick and straightforward. We will be happy to come back again.

An absolutely amazing apartment that exceeded all expectations! Modern, spacious and elegantly decorated, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is incredibly comfortable! The location is perfect – quiet area, but at the same time short distance to the city center. The host is very welcoming and makes sure everything is top notch. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilie's apartment in late July 2024! The location in Kragerø can right and easily not get better. When you go out from the building you are in the middle of the busiest pedestrian street in the city with a bustling life and good atmosphere. It is not possible to park in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but there is short term parking a stone's throw from the entrance so that you can get tired if you come by car. We parked the car in the long-term parking at Rema1000 on Kalstad; where it costs 100,- per day or 500,- per week. From there you can take a bus for 7 minutes back to the city center. The apartment was large, bright and spotless! Really nice with handwritten welcome letter with accompanying snacks and refreshments ;) The balcony was small, but with a fantastic view and enough space to enjoy the morning coffee and feel the atmosphere from Kragerø city that comes to life! All in all we were super happy - one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! Thank you for us - hope to come back!

The safest experience I've had in the context of renting a place to stay on a trip. Spacious, clean, and tidy vacation rental that matches the descriptions on the listing. Access to indoor pool, hot tub and sauna a stone's throw away from the unit. These amenities we got to take advantage of with no time restrictions. Very comfortable! Host Mergim, is by far one of the nicest I have met. Incredibly tidy, safe, helpful and flexible. Good communication as needed during the whole stay. Highly recommended for anyone who values a safe host on a par with accommodation. Mergim is top notch. 10/10 ⭐️

Very friendly hosts - would highly recommend staying here! Description and pictures are very accurate - small and cozy! Cooking in the kitchen was tight but my wife and I managed to make some easy meals during our stay. Shower is outdoors but very private, great water pressure and hot so even on the colder days it was very pleasant. Not a ton to do in the specific area but very easy drive to Kristiansand and Mandal if you are looking for more shops and restaurants. Beautiful place very close to the beach!

We had an amazing long weekend at Jegertunet! The place was just as described – incredibly cozy and absolutely perfect for us: six adults, four children around 10 years old, and a happy dog. The kids stayed in the pool from the time we arrived until we left, with the slide, hot tub and sauna as big favorites. The porch became our focal point for playing, barbecuing and relaxing in the sun. We didn't need to bring anything at all – everything was in place and ready to go, making the stay extra easy and pleasant. We explored the surrounding area with great trips to both the sea and the water nearby, and the tennis court was used extensively by the little ones. An extra bonus was the nice trip to Risør with the small ferry, and the fun visit to the aquarium that created a lot of joy for the whole family. We can highly recommend both the place and the landlord – here you really get everything you need for a super holiday. We would gladly came back!

Overall an awesome experience. Very special location by living on an island 3-4min away from the land in a very modern house. Jørgen is a great host and is very helpful. The communication was very easy and fast.

Very happy with your stay. Kid-friendly with nearby playgrounds. Big plus with access to swimming pool. The apartment was well equipped with what you need, even toys for the little ones. The whole family had a great time. Cozy and accommodating host. Nice to travel to all year long. We were there on Easter. 30 min drive to Dyreparken, but it was worth it.

I cannot emphasize enough how relaxing and splendid our experience was! We had an amazing time staying there for our honeymoon! The host and her husband were very kind, friendly, and hospitable. Even though we came during Christmas, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They even set us up a Christmas tree in the cabin and provided home-made snacks. There was plenty of fire wood, so we stayed nice and warm. The beds were so soft! The back four beds could easily fit two people each, for those who are wondering. If you stay with them, I highly recommend renting the sauna paired with swimming in the fresh water lake! The eggs from the chickens are delicious! The sheep are friendly. It was the coziest, most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We are so grateful to have been able to visit! It really made our honeymoon special. We hope to one day come back during the summer to see how the area differs, but we suspect it is spectacular at any point in the year.

Completely consistent with the description. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The location and the available items (tennis, bicycles, kayaks, etc.) offer an incredible amount of possibilities for a great vacation. Anne’s place is a hidden gem! It looks good in the picture but it’s even better in real. The location is ideal with mountains, lake, trails, parks for kids and groceries. The home was athletically decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the living space was cozy with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Anne has been very kind and welcomed us to the apartment warmly. She shared local recommendations and made sure our stay was comfortable. We would love to revisit! Thanks much Anne ❤️

A dream! Very cozy and maritime furnished apartment with two balconies overlooking the small harbor and the sea. Everything was super prepared and we would have liked to have stayed longer. Easy flexible check-in. Very friendly and easy communication.

I am completely thrilled and still a little wistful to have to leave the accommodation again. Wenche is an incredibly friendly hostess. I immediately felt very welcome. The place is a dream and I hope to visit it more often in the future. There really is nothing to complain about, an all-round perfect experience! ☺️
