It's been an incredible four days. The view of the place is beautiful, even more in the sunsets. Neto and the caretakers were very caring and kind. We'll be back more often for sure!

This home in Brotas is simply spectacular! Located in one of the most beautiful spots in the city, it has a breathtaking view and an environment that combines luxury, comfort and great taste. The swimming pool invites you for a relaxing swim, while the complete gourmet area is perfect for gathering friends and family without concern. The rooms are beautifully decorated, super cozy and equipped with all the good and the best. And it can't help but highlight the special touch of Alexandra, who with her proactivity and flawless gaze, thought of every detail to make this place unique and welcoming. A house made to live unforgettable moments!

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Host was super requested from the outset, helped us with referrals and received our stay very well. Caseira helped a lot and made us comfortable in the house, very friendly. Establishment is cozy and totally according to the photos, as well as very easy access. We would definitely return!

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very tasty for spending days with friends and family. We couldn't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was still a floor barbecue, a wood stove... as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as warned by the host. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she also received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

The house is great, super equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The caretaker Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and as it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, many balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the children. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, just a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

The stay was great. Hosts are super attentive, the house is exactly as described. We arrived and was smelling cleaning, the well-equipped kitchen, there was absolutely nothing missing. The employee Karoliny also helped us, always answering questions when we need it. The place is calm and quiet. I highly recommend the experience for those who are thinking of walking in Brotas (which is a beautiful city, by the way).

The house has a great cost benefit, well located and served us very well. There was an unforeseen with the shower, but the owners were always comfortable and made the checkout more flexible.

The pool was clean and all the air conditioners working perfectly, which made all the difference for our comfort. Since I started using Airbnb, all over Brazil, I've never been to such a good place. Everything exactly as shown in the photos, complete house, well maintained, the hosts are excellent, understanding and proactive. I definitely recommend it and will return more often.

Excellent place, clean, organized, everything we needed was there. We stayed there for a few days due to an event at the nearby racetrack and it was super. I recommend and we will definitely come back more often. Márcio is always quick to respond and Mr. Fernando explained everything to us and always attended to us and everything we asked for. we were very well received, my children are autistic and had an incredible connection with him and the place, respectful and attentive to everyone, impeccable, safe place, the pool surprised me (huge and very clean), it was very flexible with my children's pet playing with them in the pool, they were very happy(happy children, happy mae kkkk). We loved our stay, we were very well received by Marta and Valmir, very attentive and helpful, the house is wonderful, welcoming and beautiful!!! Very well cared for and clean, we will definitely come back more often! As for the city, Analândia is wonderful with several options for nature lovers and extreme sports, what we especially liked was the Bocaina Cachoeira, the trail is quite steep but worth it! We're already crazy to go back and see other waterfalls!!!

It was a very good stay! All rooms very clean, enough space for all participants, easy access to silverware, plates and glasses. Refrigerators with plenty of room for food and drinks. Perfect house for large groups, and still has a football field that was not described in the photos! Recommend with eyes closed
