Holiday rentals with a patio in Rio Claro

Simply delighted with my stay! João and Gabi's apartment is impeccable, cozy, bright, well decorated and with a delicious smell that made me feel at home from the first moment. The bedding is of the highest quality, everything is very clean and well cared for. The shower is great, the bed is super comfortable and the view is wonderful. In addition, the hosts were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. I felt cared for and very well received. I am a pharmaceutical representative and I travel a lot, so I have stayed in several places, but this one won my heart! Whenever I come to Campinas, I already know where I want to stay. Thank you, João and Gabi, for your kindness. You were amazing!

Our stay was great. the place is wonderful, very close to the water park. At the Resort has several attractions for the children and it is very cozy. we will definitely return.

The stay is perfect for those who travel alone, close to the Saltos park and restaurant,bakery and market, a beautiful and quiet place to walk, the bedding smelled and the bed is super comfortable too.

Good afternoon! Nice place, clean, I felt at home, I just missed a blender and as SP is going through a wave of intense heat, so the fan was never enough, not even at night, I believe that when the weather is cold it must be wonderful, because the place is just cozy, I want to suggest a screen on the bedroom window for hot days to leave it open, as we did, otherwise it would be impossible to sleep in the bedroom and a wardrobe in the area, because the weather was very pleasant there. When we opened the door, it was a wonderful wind at night.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable, from kitchen utensils to quality appliances. Attention to detail and care for space made all the difference. I highly recommend and certainly would return!

It was a satisfying stay, corresponds to the listing, very kind and quick host in communications, clean and smelling bath sheets and towels, the house was clean and organized, quiet place, great for rest…the place is about 20 minutes walking from the center and by car 5 minutes… I recommend it!

Vivi was very approachable from the beginning and made herself available to answer any questions I had. The accommodation was as described, a very spacious house, it has appliances if we needed them, and everything was very organized! It had a TV, games and a pool table, which provided great moments.
