Apartment holiday rentals in Riehen

The apartment was just as described. Very stylish and modern. It’s on the fourth floor. There is no lift but not a problem if you are fit. The tram stops close by and with the Basel Card, which Stephan and Daniel arranged for us, public transport is free throughout the city including the journey from the airport. The promenade along the banks of the river Rhine is a short walk from the apartment and you can easily walk to the old town in 30 minutes. An excellent base for a visit to Basel.

I was attending an event at the St. Jakobshalle, which is easily walkable. The place is really well equipped and was just perfect for three nights. I bumped into Andreas and he was super friendly and helpful.

We had a truly enjoyable 10-day stay during Eurovision in Basel and are really happy with our choice! The apartment is located in a calm and peaceful area, surrounded by nature. We especially loved the garden and the beautiful drive along the Rhine River to reach the place. The location near the German/Swiss border felt unique and interesting, with the crossing point mostly unguarded except on special occasions. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. By the end of our stay, we had really gotten used to the easy 13-minute drive into Basel—it’s very convenient. The host was kind, responsive, and even helped us with local advice when we needed medical support, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended—we’d definitely love to return!

I would stay here a month or more easily. Beautiful place with everything you need. The kitchen is a dream, the conservatory is fantastic and we never tired of the view. The location is a bit car-centric but we made it work on foot. There is public transport available if needed. We came in by train. The climb up from Beuggen is quite steep but doable. If you are mobility impaired or have lots of suitcases take the bus. It is definitely worth this minor inconvenience. Highly recommended! Rudolf - we may explore a longer-term stay sometime in the future.

Sani's place was newly renovated and very comfortable. Sani was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. And the flat's location is well-connected, though it did get a little loud at night. We had a great stay here! :)

Across the bridge from Germany and then tram to Basel gets you there in 20 to 25 mins Modern well set up apartment with responsive host Car parking outside at the rear was full ish but fine

Once again, a friendly welcome from Gaby. The house is clean and equipped with every comfort. This was our second time at Gaby's on our way to Italy.

It feels like coming home every time. Beautiful apartment, everything you need, very nice and uncomplicated hostess. That's why I always come back when I work here in Lörrach.

Annika was a fantastic host, willing to go above and beyond to help us with some problems that came up in our travels, unrelated to our accommodations. We stayed in the summer and due to the appartment being partly underground, the temperature was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The locations is great, very close to a variety of restaurants and and Aldi, as well as the train station. And for our baby, Annika even left toys and a little robe. So thoughtful! We will stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominique’s place over the past two weeks. The Airbnb is perfectly located close to the city center and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dominique is a very attentive and approachable host who responds quickly to any questions. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Basel, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the place. The rooms are on the attic floor so it can get a bit hot during sunny days, but otherwise it’s a very comfortable place, spacious and well equipped, comfortable beds. Very quiet as well. The location is great as it can offer a good combination of convenience and value, travel to Basel is super easy from the bus stop 1 min away from the place. Alexandra is very responsive and provided helpful info on navigating the area and finding what we need. Definitely worth staying again next time we are in Basel area. Note: remember to buy enough roaming data or get a portable WiFi, as WiFi is not installed for the place.

Lovely apartment with comfortable beds and furniture. Balcony with table for outdoor dining. Great location - quiet street and safe neighborhood. Very responsive host. One caution though-although there are lots of nearby restaurants and groceries, most are closed on Sundays (evidently common in Switzerland). There was one nearby restaurant that we ended up visiting twice and a convenience store for basics, but might want to think ahead if going to be there over a weekend.

great location at an affordable price

For experience and we are not disappointed, we took this apartment close to the center of Mulhouse in a quiet environment and moreover with free parking two minutes walk away. We recommend going through here in order to enjoy a clean apartment. Thank you very much.

We can highly recommend this accommodation; we especially enjoyed the quiet location and the nature. The apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and from the balcony, where we ate every day, you have a great view.

Very nice and clean accommodation, which is really well and sensibly equipped. We were there for two weeks and missed absolutely nothing. There are some good restaurants directly opposite. Meik was always easy to reach and super nice. For more demanding hiking tours, you have to drive a bit from Bad Bellingen, but the Jaccuzi makes it more than worthwhile. Clear recommendation!

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

Absolutely charming! Can't wait to come back.
