The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

The cozy apartment (43 square meters) with private entrance is located on the 2nd floor of a listed courtyard within walking distance of Lake Simssee. The farm is located in the Riedering district of Beuerberg directly on the main road towards Prien am Chiemsee. The living room with kitchenette and sofa bed is connected by an open staircase to the sleeping area (double bed) (no door). The large garden with seating can also be used. E-bikes can be rented for a fee.
