Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. A pleasure. linen 100% cotton.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

We stayed over night for a wedding, and Cesar’s place was great. The place was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The hosts were responsive and kind. I would recommend staying here.

This place is very peaceful, in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The guest house is extremely clean and there is no clutter. Our stay at Nadjamy’s place was great as we were passing through NY to visit friends on Long Island. Everything from the bathroom to the kitchen was exceptionally clean, plenty of amenities for each space were provided, the tower fan in the bedroom was a really nice touch, and the snacks and drinks are always a welcoming treat! I would be happy to stay again and would recommend this space to friends and family when visiting Long Island!

Well-appointed and beautiful new property with space for a family of four to spread out and feel comfortable. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels and beach pass so that we could enjoy the private beach access down the road. The board games and family-friendly downstairs space was also a wonderful addition! Chris was an incredibly friendly and responsive host; I was comfortable asking questions at anytime during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was very clean and had a lot of essentials. The house is located off a quiet street, but is within driving distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Even though we did not meet the hosts, they were very responsive and friendly via the app. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
