The house was nice, and the location was amazing. There is tons to do in this area, as well as a nice backyard to relax.

Kazeem was very communicative and helpful with questions about the place. It was accurate in what you are getting, but I would say the price is a little too high per night. It does have a pool but it wasn’t heated, so just know that if you are interested in swimming. Otherwise it was close to the Main Street of Muncie to amenities.

Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

Tyianna’s place was exactly as described and met our needs so well for a big family gathering to go to a family’s member’s wedding. The pool was wonderful for our kids, even though our weather was chilly that week, and the spaces were great for all ages of our party. The kitchen was much better stocked than any other airbnb we’ve stayed at. It honestly felt like one of our own homes. Thank you, Tyianna!

Beautiful place to stay. The pool was clean and fantastic; Had clear instructions to ensure safety for kids. Overall very clean and comfortable house for a perfect weekend stay with family. I highly recommend this place and will visit again in the future.

We loved staying at the Sleeping Bulldog. We were in for a convention at Ball State, and didn't spend much time there until the end of the week. The older boys absolutely loved having their "own" sleeping quarters in the pool house. Of course the pool and hot tub were a hit. We are a cooking family and the kitchen has everything you need to fix big meals. Jessica communicated very well all week long. I am a plant lover and the landscaping at the house is beautiful and it is a nice, quiet neighborhood to enjoy a walk looking at the big trees and landscapiing.

Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Krista has meticulously prepared the home, making it both inviting and fully equipped The welcoming homemade coffee cake and fresh fruit were just the beginning; the cottage was impeccably furnished with all essentials right down to S'mores supplies and firewood. With the cleanliness and comfort we felt right at home, complemented by the beautiful surroundings. Krista’s personal touches, like checking in on us and crafting a bubble wand for our grandkids, truly set Copper Dream Cottage apart. We’re already planning our return!

The house is lovely. Cynthia was very responsive, if needed. The location was right across the street from my reason for being in Richmond (Earlham College graduation). This made coming and going convenient. Thank you, Cynthia. Wish we had found this sooner.

Thank so much! What a gem of a property you have here! It’s absolutely beautiful! Love the story of the property and the “before” pictures. We enjoyed family time hiking, paddle boating, playing corn hole and just resting/reading by the water. Nearby we picked strawberries and hiked a water fall trail. Cedar Coffee was just icing on the cake! Literally, the zucchini cake was delicious, as well as breakfast sandwiches, coffee and chai latte! Thanks for sharing your space/property with us! It was delightful weekend and memories were made!

The house was exactly what my family needed and more. The basement was the best part for my grandkids and the backyard was so cute and had so much room for the kids to play. we didn't get to use firepit or grill but we plan on it next time for sure. we will be returning more in the future. best place for a family to stay and so accommodating for your needs. Also don't let me forget how comfortable the beds were and the amazing shower. Thank you for the amazing stay! see you soon!

Great place to stay. We had a softball tournament in Greenwood and this was a decent distance from the ballpark. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed out stay at Susan's place for our family reunion. The kids really loved the kayaking, pool table, walking around the pond and the fire pit. There were lots of spaces to hang around, play games and spend time together. It was peaceful and lovely! The kitchen was pretty well stocked, though you may want to bring extra paper products like paper towels, TP and paper plates for large groups.

Place was as described, community was safe, home was comfortable and back patio was a nice area to relax!

Such a beautiful home located in a wonderful location; easy highway access, quiet neighborhood, minutes from downtown and University Of Dayton, lots of night life in the area and great dining. The home was exactly what the host described, very clean and loved the interior. The kitchen/dining area was beautiful and had plenty of space. Would definitely book again!

This stay was even better than one we had in Key West, FL, which is saying a lot! First of all, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept like babies. The place had just the right amount of amenities for our stay, and it comfortably accommodated all eight of us. The outdoor patio was large, cozy, and included a hot tub which was not only clean but also extremely relaxing. We also appreciated the pool table, ping pong table and extra outdoor chairs – a small but thoughtful touch! We were delighted by the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Every corner of the house was spotless, making us feel right at home. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the owner promptly addressed them, showing a commendable level of care and attention. The personal touches added by the owner truly made us feel welcome.

Allison’s place was perfect for what we needed. The house was in a safe neighborhood, very clean, and had all the amenities one would need. It was also perfectly located for our stay. Allison was very friendly, responsive, and helpful and I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.
