Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Richmond Hill

This unit was in a great location- so easy to get to River Street and City Market. It was clean and decorated so nicely! We felt right at home and our hosts were even kind enough to leave laundry soap for a mid visit load of laundry. Great communication prior to our trip made check in easy. Thank you! Highly recommend!

The location was good, a short walk to hop-on-hop-off trolley stop 5. A 5-8 minute Uber ride to restaurant and shopping areas. The parking in the back was a major plus. The location is quiet, no city noises. However, the AC units outside are near the bedroom windows and can be heard cycling on and off. Although, I had no problem sleeping.

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect.

The scenery was absolutely unique and breathtaking—definitely a 5-star experience! Our whole family loved it and wished we could’ve stayed even longer. We’ll absolutely be coming back, as we made so many beautiful memories here. We even spotted dolphins, which made the kids jump with joy! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and conveniently located. We visited Savannah twice during our stay—it was an easy and pleasant trip. A perfect spring getaway. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at this cozy Savannah home! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the house was spotless and welcoming. My dogs especially loved the fenced-in backyard—it was perfect for them! Ian was super communicative and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a wonderful property and experience. I chose Patricks place for how nice the house the looks, the pool table, and 100 inch projection screen. Watching the nba final with the cool night air on the porch was amazing. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and the shower has great water pressure. Its easy to find and Patrick provides great instructions. I will definitely book again.

This was the cutest coziest place in Savannah and is only 20 mins from the downtown area. The house was so cute and THAT BED!!!! I had some of the best sleep!! The host was super friendly and inviting and responded super quick whenever I had a question. If I could recommend everyone to stay somewhere it would be here!

Eric and Danielle's place was exactly as described and a great place for our group of 4 to stay for college move-out weekend. We especially appreciated Eric's willingness to help us with our local questions. This cottage is super clean, well-appointed and quiet. The off-street parking in Savannah is also a bonus! Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

We had a very nice stay. Location is great as far as being able to walk to what we wanted to do. Unit is very clean and well stocked and we appreciated the coffee! As others have noted it is on a very noisy street. But we had read the reviews and packed earplugs so sleep was not an issue.

Loved staying here, cute place and very walkable. The porch was so nice to sit on during the evenings.

I had such a lovely birthday getaway with my boyfriend in Savannah. You cannot beat the location! We were walking distance from shopping, food, ghost tours, and historic landmarks. We will be back in the fall :)
