My wife and I stayed in Danielle's apartment for over a month and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well located. Although the address is in Sabará, the building is only one block from the Santa Inês neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, which offers a complete and varied range of shops. Access to the main regions of the city is very easy, and Minas Shopping is less than 15 minutes away. The host, Danielle, is excellent: always available, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend it!

The home was super comfortable. The apartment corresponds to the photos and the description. It is very cozy and the girl who received me helped me with my bags, very friendly. The condominium is quiet. What bothered me a little was the traffic noise, since the apartment is close to the main avenue. But for me, all the comfort made up for it. Vanessa was also helpful and responded quickly to my messages and questions.

the apartment is cute and the condominium is super quiet! unfortunately it was very cold and the shower was not heating the water very well and that was kind of annoying, we had not been informed in advance. Fabia was attentive and flexible because I needed to take my pet. 🫶🏻

Excellent location, close to restaurants and bars. André is extremely helpful and leaves everything organized, practical check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it.

This apartment exceeded expectations! The space is completely renovated, organized, comfortable and receptive. Starting with fast and effective communication: we asked for flexibility at checkout and we were able to combine it in order to take advantage of it until the last day. Not to mention the reception team that welcomed us with joy and solicitude from check-in to check-out: the business card of the people of Minas Gerais that we will remember with affection. The apartment, with large windows and a balcony, received both morning and afternoon sun, and the high floor provided a wide view of the neighborhood. Even with a lot of sun, the air conditioning worked very well. We worked with the apartment's wifi, which reached all the rooms. In the end, being so close to important points of the city and great bars and restaurants, I feel that we did not enjoy the apartment as much, and in the next stays in the city we will definitely return to this one. It is difficult to beat the good location, service and comfort.

I loved my stay! Alex's apartment is great, very wide because it's 1 bedroom. And very well located, with restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around on foot. He quickly answered my questions and was thoughtful, leaving snacks like, plus excellent bed and shower.

Excellent experience. Everything as proposed. Everything cleaned up, well organized and functioning. What surprised us was that the room seems bigger than in the photos, the ceiling height is quite high and the bed is king size.

Fernanda was super helpful and attentive throughout the stay. The house is very well organized, clean and equipped with everything you need to spend the days in comfort. The location is also excellent! I highly recommend it and, for sure, when I return to BH, I want to stay at Fernanda's house again

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book it again!

Simply one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in BH! This is the second time I've stayed here and the experience remains impeccable. The apartment has two very well distributed floors and a beautiful view directly to Praça da Liberdade. The jacuzzi is a show in itself, super modern and with a perfect environment to relax. The room is super comfortable, the TV is huge with several streaming apps and the sound system made the moments of rest even better. Everything is very clean, well cared for and with very tasteful decoration. I highly recommend it!

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!
