Very good stay. We stayed only one night to go to a game at the MRV Arena and the front of the house overlooks the Arena, very close, we went and came back on foot. Safe place, the house served us perfectly, it has everything you need to spend quiet days and is very comfortable. Ana attended to us very well and gave clear instructions for check-in, making it easy and always being ready to help and assist in whatever way possible. I recommend and intend to return!

Our stay was amazing, we were able to create wonderful memories with the kids. The structure of the condominium is very good, with a playground and space for lakeside walks. The house is delightful, exactly as described in the listing. It is very well structured, without losing the bucolic air. The hosts were very helpful, answering all our questions promptly and delicately. The care with which they take care of the environment and guests is visible. I highly recommend it!

Simply perfect! João is a great host and the care for guests is clear everywhere in the apartment! Watching movies on the living room TV is a spectacle in itself. Easy access to the apartment and the region has several restaurants, a market and a pharmacy, well centralized and relatively close to Praça da Liberdade (10min walk). I highly recommend it

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

We are always delighted with the beauty of the accommodation. In addition to all the details of the chalet, there is also the hammock and the view. We love to see the starry sky, the sunrise and sunset on that balcony! Our second time there and whenever possible we will return!

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

When I started looking for a location, I heard a lot of "no" when I said I would also use the space for photos. I never quite understood the reason… but today I see that all this has led me to your apartment! From the first contact, Laura was super cordial and gave me all the information very carefully. Near the reservation date, she remained attentive, guiding me in every detail. And then the big day came: my dreamed rehearsal! Upon arriving at the apartment, I was pleased to find everything exactly as in the pictures — and even better. The space had everything I needed, and a little more. The only bad part was having to leave! I already felt at home… and no doubt I will come back many more times. I will be forever grateful!

The stay was excellent. The clear, practical and very functional checkin. The location is good, the space was clean. The accessibility of the chat was excellent. The flow of hot water from the shower decreased throughout the day, but nothing too alarming. The experience was excellent, in general.
