Detinha was a very affectionate and receptive lady, she made us feel at ease and at home, the house is familiar and has details that delight, impeccable cleanliness and items of use available. I will return more often without a doubt.

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well cared for and offers a great structure for those who want to rest in comfort. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which greatly facilitates access to local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

The house provided us with an incredible stay for 15 people, with a super-equipped kitchen, full gourmet area, swimming pool and sauna. The condominium is very well located and hosts are extremely attentive and available. Total success!

Maicon's house is a find! There's so much to do that we leave there wanting to stay at least a week. It's perfect for kids, but also for adults with a child's soul (like us!). The space is super safe, with cameras facing the gate, and at night the lighting gives it a special charm — everything is very welcoming and cheerful. It makes you want to turn on the lights and chat until late. And Maicon? A host with a thousand notes! Always available, helpful and attentive. We made all the difference in our experience. We'll be back, for sure. God willing, many, many times!

Perfect house, much better and more beautiful than in the photos! The only suggestion is to include bed linen and towels, then you could include the washing of the items in the accommodation fee. The stay at Sítio Rio Manso was wonderful! I and all the guests love it. The site, as already mentioned in other reviews, is even more beautiful than in the photos. The chalets are super comfortable; the dining areas are very well equipped and everything is very clean. Sônia, the host, is great and always responds very fast. It is well worth it and I hope to be able to return!

Edna is a person's love. We love the accommodation and we will definitely be back. The location is very good, quiet and has several places nearby. It is close to a 24-hour bakery with an incredible colonial cafe, the mobile police station is almost in front of the accommodation. The Airbnb is very beautiful, cozy, impeccably clean. Those with children loved everything it offers, it is safe and you can close the gate that gives access to the pool. I loved the space, Luana is a great person, even the tenants were very polite to me, a good place to live, to spend the weekend, to enjoy a good rest, good privacy. I have nothing to say and I will soon return there again, but on my next days off.

For professional reasons, about six months ago I had to adopt a "nomadic" lifestyle and chose to reside continuously on Airbnb. I confess that this property was the best choice because of its infrastructure, location and especially the hosts (Ana and Cibelle).

We spent a very quiet and peaceful weekend in the accommodation. The house is lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The nature that surrounds the house is certainly a differential. We were apprehensive about the comments about the entrance to the house, but I have a low car and we had no problems. The detail of the record player with records is an extra charm. We'll be back, for sure.
