Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Both Sushi and Marcelino are very kind. They greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us transport our luggage to the station. They also provided us with information about the area and were there for anything. Pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is as described by the pictures. So cozy and warm! The view is just spectacular. Away from the main village, but still close enough to go there for breakfast/dinner or just a walk around. The surroundings are the perfect getaway to disconnect! Walking around you will find friendly horses and cows :) We always had a quick and perfect communication with Mayte, a very friendly and welcoming host. I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay! Thank you so much!

Excellent location in the heart of town with restaurants just outside and the town's beach and coastal pathway in close walking distance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Air flow and light could be controlled with skylights in each room. We enjoyed our two nights there.

Victor is very friendly. The keys were handed over in person. If I had any questions, I could easily write him a message and quickly get a message back. :)

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. House in a quiet area, there was a bit of humidity but the house had dehumidifier to use if needed. She covered expectations and Julio Antonio communicated kindly and smoothly throughout the stay

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Lovely traditional house in a peaceful setting. There is a beautiful beach you can walk to down a quiet back road, and other beaches very nearby. Enriqueta met us on arrival and departure and was helpful and friendly answering our questions. There is plenty of space, good storage and the kitchen is equipped well. We loved staying here. Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, cozy and with everything you need. On the part of the hosts, everything was easy, with good service and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many possibilities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Great location, lovely comfortable apartment, would recommend

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, since we worked from home, was that the workplace was only at the kitchen table. But in general, the price-quality ratio is excellent, we were very pleased with our choice.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
