Estancia amplia y limpia. Cuidado hasta el último detalle. Había de todo , no faltaba nada. Las toallas de una calidad inmejorable y la cocina completa en todos los aspectos. Fácil acceso al centro del pueblo y la playa.

Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

Muy amables tanto Sushi como Marcelino. Nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida y nos facilitaron el transporte de las maletas a la estación. También nos facilitaron información de la zona y estaban ahí para cualquier cosa. Agradable estancia.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is as described by the pictures. So cozy and warm! The view is just spectacular. Away from the main village, but still close enough to go there for breakfast/dinner or just a walk around. The surroundings are the perfect getaway to disconnect! Walking around you will find friendly horses and cows :) We always had a quick and perfect communication with Mayte, a very friendly and welcoming host. I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay! Thank you so much!

Excellent location in the heart of town with restaurants just outside and the town's beach and coastal pathway in close walking distance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Air flow and light could be controlled with skylights in each room. We enjoyed our two nights there.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

Marcos es muy buen anfitrión. Llegamos tarde al alojamiento pero él nos esperó hasta que llegamos y nos explicó todo con amabilidad e incluso nos ayudó a buscar algo de cena. La casa es tal y como viene en las fotos. Es un sitio a las afuera de Gijón pero muy tranquilo e íntimo. La casa estaba limpia, la cama cómoda, todos los utensilios necesarios y más en la cocina. Casa en zona tranquila, había un poco de humedad, pero la casa tenía deshumidificador para utilizarlo si era necesario. Cubrió las expectativas y Julio Antonio se comunico de forma amable y fluida durante toda la estancia

Fue una experiencia increíble. Noelia es muy maja y contestó a todas las preguntas. Hasta mandar fotos de lo que había en la cocina para no tener que traer demasiado etc. Nos dejó tambien salir mas tarde así aprovechamos el ultimo día. La casa es incredible, tiene todo lo que te pueda hacer falta y más. El jardin increible con vistas al monte y el entorno super bonito. Teneis rutas cerca pero tambien se puede cojer el coche y a 10 minutos tenéis rutas con cascadas etc. El super esta un poco lejos pero con coche se llega facil y ademas puedes vistar un poco los pueblos con restaurantes super buenos etc. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, todo muy limpio y comodo con vistas en cada una. Y la sala con la chimenea es realmente una zona increible para estar a la noche con sitio de sobra. De verdad es una casa increible, lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias Noelia por una experiencia tan buena. Volverémos!

Muy recomendable si te gustan las zonas rurales y tranquilas. Una estancia muy cómoda y amplia. El exterior está muy bien cuidado y la casa es muy completa. Tuvimos un problema con el calentador, y recibimos una respuesta muy rápida, atenta y cercana por los dueños, que vinieron inmediatamente a casa para solucionar el problema. También nos dejaron desayuno de bienvenida. Se puede aparcar el coche delante de la puerta, bajo el porche, si se quiere (bajando una cuesta pronunciada). Hay hidromasaje, pero no plato de ducha (el acceso a la bañera puede no ser apto para cualquier persona). En general, una estancia muy recomendable.

Lovely traditional house in a peaceful setting. There is a beautiful beach you can walk to down a quiet back road, and other beaches very nearby. Enriqueta met us on arrival and departure and was helpful and friendly answering our questions. There is plenty of space, good storage and the kitchen is equipped well. We loved staying here. Thank you!!!

Un lugar encantador. La casa, distribuida en tres niveles es estupenda para pasar una larga temporada. En la zona inferior una cochera, salón social y de juegos totalmente equipada en la que tienes una zona de expansion para jugar con los más pequeños.... Un baño completo y la lavandería En la planta baja, un salón impecable, cómodo y con todo tipo de utilidades (Google Home, Netflix...), una cocina en la que no falta un elemento (incluso fruta y café...) tres dormitorios (dos de matrimonio y uno doble individual) y un baño completo. Todo limpio y organizado y con una decoración agradable. La guinda un porche encantador con barbacoa y cesped.... En la planta superior dormitorio de matrimonio y buhardilla con dos camas individuales. De broche una piscina de sal climatizada que da mucho juego Le sumas a un anfitrión que se se vuelca en facilitarte las cosas.... y tienes un sitio de ensueño en el que un puente de 4 días se queda corto. Volveré, para más tiempo...

Propietarios amables y una vivienda cuidada como una tacita de plata; adecuadamente surtida de enseres de cocina, y muy limpia. Muy recomendable.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

Der Aufenhalt bei Teresa war rundum eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft ist beeindruckend. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen und Teresa gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, confortevole, spazioso, ben equipaggiato, pulito ed in ordine. Posto auto nello stabile comodo e con facile accesso all’ascensore interno. I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato molto la cameretta fornita di alcuni giochi. Host gentile, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Utilissimi i consigli per visitare la regione e per i pasti. Luanco è un paese costiero molto carino e comodo come base per esplorare la regione.

Мы жили в квартире около месяца, за это время смогли оценить по достоинству как само жилье, так и замечательный Llanes. Квартира в новом доме, есть удобный паркинг, подходящий для SUV, есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой бытовой техникой для комфортного приготовления блюд, а также легка в уборке. Кровать с удобным матрасом. Интернет быстрый. Единственный маленький недостаток для нас, поскольку мы работали из дома, - рабочее место было только за кухонным столом. Но в целом соотношение цена-качество превосходное, мы остались очень довольны своим выбором.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.
