A lovely old cottage in Baden

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

Set in an small hamlet this spacious cottage is a perfect base for walking, cycling, canoeing or just relaxing and listening to the birdsong. It is close to a beautiful nature reserve on the river Oust where it joins the Nantes-Brest canal. The village centre is 2km for bread and basics, the large town of Redon (TGV Paris) is 10 minutes. Nearby is the village of La Gacilly home of Yves Rocher and an important and stunning photography exhibition. Rose Cottage is a perfect rural retreat.

Lovely cottage in an old renovated school in the heart of Briere Park with all the comforts and full equipment. Private garden , heated swimming pool from June to October outside common to 2 dwellings, schoolyard enclosed with walls with ping-pong table, petanque area, private parking. South facing. Close to shops but very quiet, next to the Domaine du Golf de la Bretesche and 25 minutes from the first beaches, salt marshes and the medieval city of Guérande.
