It was a very great quite clean nice place and private. Everything was new in the house and the host was very friendly and helpful. I recommended the place.

Easy to find location, close to the city center so very convenient. The flat is small but clean and modern, felt like it was very much worth the price and good for a short stay.

Beautiful home nicely decorated and well equipped. We had morning coffees by the river every morning. lisa is a responsive and helpful host. The home is about 15 mins away. Nice to stay at this home a little away from the city. The views were spectacular! The host is very friendly and responsive. Will absolutely stay again!

Very nice apartment and very pleasant environment. Nearby public transport to get to the city center (15 min), many amenities and very friendly and proactive host. We spent 4 days there on a business trip. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Éric for hosting us. We would recommend it without reservation.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Cécile's accommodation is really perfect. We felt great there. The terrace is really the little extra! In addition, we are right next to a food store, a bike station and the tram!

Had a great visit! The accommodation is nice, spacious, very clean and very well equipped. I didn't miss a thing! I liked the coffee machine. There is an elevator, which is a plus when you have a lot of luggage. Cécile is very welcoming and everything is very well explained and organized. My only reservation is the bar terrace, which is located under the windows of the accommodation. Despite the double glazing, it's quite noisy in the evening on sunny days. It's not a problem in winter or when the weather isn't nice, it's just the hubbub of customers on the terrace in spring/summer that can disturb some people who want to go to bed early. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

We stayed there 1 night for my exam. The accommodation was as we hoped: incredible 😍 The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet and peaceful environment, an Intermarché is just opposite for last-minute shopping. The instructions were clear and Charlie was very responsive. I am delighted and will be happy to come back! I recommend 100%!!

We stayed in Nantes for 5 days for some cycling along the Loire and sightseeing. The apartment was absolutely perfect , great location with restaurants, bars and shops all on the doorstep. Valerie was very accommodating and allowed my husband to store his bike in the flat . We would definitely use the apartment again if back in Nantes and can totally recommend it as a perfect place to stay in Nantes.

Looks just as it does in the photos, super convenient location, great views. Sometimes Air Bnbs can feel a bit sterile and devoid of character, but it's clear that Gerard's place is a home that is frequently lived in, giving it warmth with many personal touches all over the home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition. The fact that it came with parking was a huge bonus, though the walk from the carpark up to is easier if you don't have your arms full of bags! Gerard was very communicative, though we were checked-in by his son on the day, who was very kind, polite and pleasant. We stayed during very hot weather so had the windows open to benefit from the breeze, (didn't notice the desk fan until day 2) this meant that the lively ambiance was enjoyed from the flat, it didn't go on particularly late but if you're into silent, early nights you may want to keep the windows closed or stay somewhere remote or less fun!

The accommodation is as described, tastefully furnished and with quality finishes. Impeccable cleanliness. The main room is very functional. The bedding is of very good quality. The jacuzzi is directly accessible from the accommodation without overlooking, with bathrobes for even more comfort. Ideal for a relaxing weekend near Nantes. Really cozy place, nice for a romantic weekend, good location, the only thing I would say which is my fault as it is marked clearly, I with that the check in time was a little earlier but that’s my fault I didn’t read this but very nice place.
