It is on second floor (13 steps). The guest share the bathroom and the kitchen with the owner. The bed is 90 x 200 cm. Single room in our home. Good location.

Private bedroom in our apartment in very well located block. The apartment is well connected to public transportation and within walkable distance of the city center, Laugardalur area (pool, gym, & stadium), and Kringlan (mall). It is very close to a supermarket and a pharmacy. You would have access to all the facilities in the apartment: Kitchen, laundry, bathroom with bathtub-shower. We are very friendly and welcoming and will make sure you feel comfortable at home.

The flat is very clean in a central location with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful. The only annoying thing was that the listing indicated that *free* parking would be available on the street but that was not the case so we had to park further away from the accommodation. Not too bad but wish the information in the listing would have been accurate. Would nonetheless stay again.

Great place! Clean, comfortable, and very well located near the center. Parking downstairs was a big plus. The kitchen had enough space, and even with two bathrooms for six rooms, we never had to wait. Everything was spotless. Would stay again!
