Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants in the harbour and in the city from this charming place to stay. The room is in a private apartment where the owner lives. It is on second floor (13 steps). The guest share the bathroom and the kitchen with the owner. The bed is 90 x 200 cm. There is no parking space in front of the house fore the moment but it is possible to find a parking space near the house. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Free wifi. HG-00016124

Single room in our home. Good location.

Private bedroom in our apartment in very well located block. The apartment is well connected to public transportation and within walkable distance of the city center, Laugardalur area (pool, gym, & stadium), and Kringlan (mall). It is very close to a supermarket and a pharmacy. You would have access to all the facilities in the apartment: Kitchen, laundry, bathroom with bathtub-shower. We are very friendly and welcoming and will make sure you feel comfortable at home.

The house is very nicely located and clean. Although there are many rooms and guests, there is no problem using the bathroom or showers as there is a sink and two bathrooms. Whenever I needed to use them they were available For check-in you have to pick up the keys in a lockbox, which is very good because you can check in whenever you want and without disturbing anyone. The only downside was to stay with us while they renovate the house as the noise was annoying and there were workers around. As for everything else, everything has been going well. I would repeat

The flat is very clean in a central location with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful. The only annoying thing was that the listing indicated that *free* parking would be available on the street but that was not the case so we had to park further away from the accommodation. Not too bad but wish the information in the listing would have been accurate. Would nonetheless stay again.
