The apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Drzewny Canal is located on the 5th floor of a building equipped with an elevator. Suited for up to 4 people, it is the perfect choice for a holidays with friends or family as well as remote working. We offer a 90 sqm semi-detached apartment, designed for 4-7 people. The house shown in the photo consists of 2 separate apartments (Part 1 and Part 2). The apartment is independent and has a separate entrance. Fully equipped - washing machine, smart TV, Wi-Fi and more. Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Distance to the sea - 250 m. You can rent both apartments together if they are available.
