In 5 Minuten hat man den Strand erreicht. Ahlbeck gehört zu den Dreikaiserbäder der Insel Usedom. In dem Haus befinden sich zwei Ferienwohnungen. 2018 wurde mit der Sanierung des Hauses begonnen . Ungefähr 120 Quadratmeter groß ist die obere Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Für zwei Familien ist in der großen Strandmuschel genügend Platz. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Verfügt über ausreichend Spielzeug.
