Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rethymno

We spent a month in the house and absolutely loved it - the terrace is lovely for evening drinks and sunbathing, and the house is very spacious and has everything you need. Amazing location in the beautiful old town, surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t recommend it more highly, we would definitely return!

Leo was incredibly friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The house was spotless upon arrival and generously stocked with bottled water, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit – a very thoughtful touch. We also received a detailed list of 30 different things to see and do in the area, which really enhanced our visit. The flexible checkout time was also much appreciated. I can definitely recommend staying at one of their properties.

Beautiful home in a peaceful little village. Very good taverns within walking distance. The accommodation is superb, the decoration neat, the bedding very good and everything is very clean! Friendly welcome. Our stay was too short! Avva responds quickly to messages. I would highly recommend this house!

When we arrived at the house, after seeing all the photos, we were still blown away by the beautiful garden, the pool and the very spacious house as well as the outdoor terraces. Everything is really beautiful despite an arrival in the middle of a sandstorm that covered everything with dust. Cristos is very responsive to messages. Everything is planned for a friendly arrival... fruit juice and sandwich ingredients in the fridge and the morning of our departure Cristos' father gave us cakes, a big thank you. Really the best of the best.

We had done a JGA at the place. And there was nothing missing. Food/drinks were provided. We were right in love and felt right at home. For 6 people it was great and we definitely succeeded in the surprise for the bride. About 15-20 minutes by car to Heraklion, which is absolutely fine. Xristos is super friendly and accommodating. If I have the opportunity again, I would always go to this Airbnb :). Unfortunately, the weather was not so optimal with us, but we still had a lot of fun. Hands down, one of our favorite (if not our favorite) Airbnbs of all time! This house is absolutely stunning! Beautiful patio with so much space, walking into the patio from the street felt like a little oasis. We really enjoyed eating outside, doing our morning workouts, and watching the kids swim in the pool. The pool was absolutely fabulous, such a treat to have! And the rooftop patio was also so nice, a peaceful place to read a book and see the sea. The kitchen was super functional. The house is so beautifully decorated. SO much space! Manos is the best host we have ever had! He truly made us feel welcomed, far exceeding anything we have experienced in any another Airbnb. His welcome gift was SO generous and nice. The house has a private parking spot which is gold. You will want a car if you are staying here, I did walk into town a couple times, but it takes about 25/30 minutes to walk. We didn’t want to leave. 100% recommend this house, you will love it!

This is about our 3rd stay at Manolis Apartments. Our apartment was quite spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The cleaner comes in every day, the whole place is extremely well looked after and managed. We always feel very relaxed and happy there. It is just a short walk from the sea front and many great restaurants to choose from. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

I only stayed one night, but I could've easily stayed more! The location is great, close to the center but not exactly in the middle of it. Of course, the price I paid is not ideal for just one person, but for a couple, it would be great. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eirini's home! She was so warm and welcoming by bringing us coffee and pastries, taking the time to show us her home, and provided us with great recommendations within Crete. She even helped us with booking a reservation at a local restaurant and was always extremely responsive. Her home was clean and had all the necessary amenities we could possibly need. We always felt at home and she truly one of the best hosts we've had. We highly recommend staying at her home during your trip to Crete!

Danai’s flat is in an excellent location very central and very peaceful. It is simple to walk everywhere and the flat is about 10 minutes from the bus station. Everything was perfect in the flat. I was here for three weeks some of the time on my own. The flat felt secure and safe. Danai and her mum are great hosts, available when needed and leaving me to get on. I have been to Rethymno lots of times to visit family and will hopefully return to stay at Danai’s again. I fully recommend the flat and Danai.

Absolutely wonderful, the hosts were great with the kids and were always on hand to help. Communication was spot on.

The property at Chrissa's Apts was just what the doctor ordered. I was near my friends and to one of Rethimnos greatest restaurants, Taverna Zissis. During my stay I was able to communicate openly with my host and receive support with punctual cadence. For example, I requested a iron+ironing board and was provided one straight away. The room was serviced frequently, as per hosts standards. The level of hospitality provided all throughout surpassed all my expectations, improving my vacation. The management is one of the friendliest ever experienced in all my travels. Thank you for treating me like family :-)

Anthi and Yannis place was in a fantastic location right at the heart of the city. Many good restaurants within a five minutes walk, the church is visible from the balcony. The place is great and has everything you need to have some great holiday. Would definitely visit again!

Great hospitality, very polite staff

Julie and Richard are perfect hosts with tons of local knowledge and who proactively go out of their way to ensure you have the perfect stay. On top of that, they are simply lovely people who make you feel very welcome into their home, while allowing you all the autonomy and privacy you could want.

This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Greece. From the owners to the rooms, to the pool and the location it was perfect. Breakfast was lovely every morning and the staff were so attentive and generous. The room’s decor was gorgeous and a minute walk from all of the restaurants, bars, beach and shops. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! We will absolutely be booking again!

Everything was as expected and of high quality. We loved the quiet location, just slightly out of the centre. Check in was through the adjacent hotel who were very helpful and friendly. We are very much looking forward to returning! Great place!!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Idili Traditional House, we stayed in the Honeysuckle suite. Markos makes you feel like you are family, he is so warm and welcoming. The breakfasts are wonderful and his sister makes the best orange marmalade!! I would definitely recommend staying there!!
