Holiday rentals with beach access in Rethymno

Outstanding location, many place to eat and shop. It’s steps away from the beach and the roof top patio is spacious and beautiful. Lots of public transit but we chose to rent a car to enjoy the whole island. Would highly recommend this apartment. Host was very helpful.

We loved our stay at Anastasio’s! The apartment was clean and just as the photos described. The location was beautiful, overlooking the water and within walkable distance to everything you could need. Anastasio and Fotis were extremely responsive and helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. Thanks for a great stay!

It was just great. Sea view from front balcony amazing- and second upstairs balcony very peaceful and warm (south facing) with nice views of mountains. Really near all shops and restaurants. Marinos so helpful and he. I was on my own and he arranged for his friend Xenofon to collect me from the airport and that worked really well.

Great place to stay. Walk to the beach in about 4 minutes. Supermarket around the corner. Accommodation very large. Feels a little dark in the apartment but didn't bother me. Apartment was clean. With Nespresso machine. Very friendly and fast contact. Definitely recommend. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Agia Pelagia. Host was very hospitable, responsive, and provided many restaurant recommendations. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos. We would stay here again!

Lovely spot right next to the water! Great layout and it was a dream to wake up to the sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Would love to come back and stay at 7 Olives again. Each apartment has a stunning view from their balcony. All the guests were quiet and respectful. Two super comfy pillows for each of us which we didn’t find anywhere else on our trip to Europe. The mattress was also very comfortable. And Alex was by far my favorite Greek kitty we met.

Very welcoming and responsive hosts (I stupidly locked myself out the first night... They found a solution very quickly while they were not on site). Thanks again for their kindness! Very nice accommodation, clean and close to shops and the KTEL bus station.

Fantastic luxury place, very spacious with enormous veranda. Easy parking right on the street. Fantastic mattresses , perfect firmness, slept very comfortably. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I was only in Kalamaki for three nights! The location of the apartment is really great, right behind the tavern Avra (good food, very nice service). The stairs to the apartment are located between the outside and inside of the tavern, so that you are almost immediately at the tavern after leaving the apartment, and 1 minute later at the beach.

Everything was great, the appartment is conform to the description. Nikos is really helpfull and gives all the details by text. Thank you for welcoming us !

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

Very nice accommodation, with really great amenities. It is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. There was already a very good selection of food, as well as lots of fresh fruit and water. Check-in /out via key box very uncomplicated and flexible. Theo’s apartment is absolutely beautiful place to stay right in the heart of the old city - we had an amazing stay and thoroughly recommend. Theo was a brilliant host, the personal welcome and flexible check in and check out made us feel right at home even after a long journey. The apartment is beautifully equipped and finished, with comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen and lovely bedrooms with lots of storage. The roof terrace is stunning, catching the sun all day with lots of comfortable furniture. The location is perfect for food and shopping in the heart of the old city, with stunning sea swimming locations a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay, Theo was awesome and the overall cost was good value for money.

This place is amazing! Cleopatra received us in person, with gifts for us. She introduced us to the accommodation with passion, took us to the charming little square of the village, explained the various activities and surrounding spots. the view from THE terraces is breathtaking (bird 's-eye view of the sea from the heights). the house is perfectly equipped, there is more bathroom than bedrooms. The geographical location is ideal for visiting the entire south center area of the island, which we seek calm and authenticity. for typical and cheap dishes, appointment at the Platia taverna on the small charming square of the village. Too bad we can only give 5 stars maximum! We'll come back, I promise.

Chrysi is a very friendly, accommodating host who welcomed us warmly. She explained everything to us in detail and we felt very comfortable with her small holiday complex. Super quiet, as we wished and a constant beautiful view over the bay of Souda. We'll be back sometime.

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Georgios is a great host who made us feel right at home! The check in went super well and we had super easy parking with our car. The location was great with about a 10 minute walk. Georgios also recommended us a few beaches that we checked out and enjoyed. 10/10 stay and definitely recommend Georgios and his listing to others!

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

Thanks for the great stay. The apartment is very clean, well renovated, practically furnished, only 3 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes on the promenade to the old town and despite the location on a busy road quite quiet. Parking the rental car was also quite unproblematic. Free parking is available in the area. The balcony is a bit narrow and not so suitable for sitting outside (especially since it is also a bit noisy outside). All in all, a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
