The studio looks exactly how it does in the pictures, actually even better. It’s new furniture, well equipped and in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from the town of Rethymno. Katerina was great! She gave great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Overall the stay was better than expected and we would recommend anyone coming to Rethymno to stay at Katerina’s studio! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Despina! The location is fantastically quiet, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time a good base for exploring the south of Crete. The villa itself is very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped – from the kitchen to the beautiful outdoor area with pool, everything was well maintained. We particularly liked the warm hospitality and the little touches when we arrived. We felt right at home! A real highlight: the fantastic view of the surrounding nature and the sunsets in the evening. We will be happy to come back and can recommend Villa Despina to anyone looking for peace, comfort and Cretan warmth. Thank you for everything!

This was the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Lovely village with restaurants, a bakery and markets for most of what you'd need. On arrival the house had been generously stocked with more than we expected. Argiro and her family were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Iro House. Thanks so much Argiro, we will be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Michalis's lovely corner suite. It was cozy, unique, and had everything we needed, plus nice extras like a washer, a second bathroom and street parking (just do an extra lap around the block). The location was ideal, with traditional windows opening to a garden and ruins, and it was a short walk to everything while being away from the Old City crowds. Michalis was an amazing host—very responsive, provided great local tips, and even took time to offer us coffee and chat. He’s definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met. I highly recommend this place and a stay with Michalis!!

My family and I had an amazing time during our recent stay at Christos place. Everything we needed was available, and or Christos ensured we had it. Made excellent restaurant recommendations and he booked us a table a the very popular Prima Plora with excellent food, and view. During my stay, I was ableto enjoy the rooftop admiring the lights and ambiance of the old town. I highly reccomend this apartment if you’re in Rethymno, I am looking forward to my next stay.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful modern apartment in the Turkish quarter of old town Chania. Very close to Venetian Port, great restaurants (Well of the Turk just around the corner) yet lovely and quiet. Loved coffee and breaks on the rooftop terrace, spacious rooms and amenities. Eva was fantastic! Thanks so much, this is a perfect place to stay!

Just wonderful and more! Irini could not have been a more welcoming, attentive, wonderful host. The villa is amazing, tucked away in Adele with lots of privacy. A car is definitely needed and parking could be tricky. There for our son’s wedding and we did have a few experiences not in the guide book - 6.2 earthquake and sandstorm from Sahara but Irini was there, sorting things out, bringing us pastries and gifts. A truly memorable and fantastic time. Highly recommend both the gorgeous villa (cats and kittens included!) and our host, lovely Irini. Thank you for having us!

Lovely villa sitting in the hills outside of Rethymno City. All self contained and immaculately kept and maintained. Very responsive host who was most welcoming. Nikos and his daughter Katerina did a fantastic job responding to our needs and making us most welcome. Katerina has superb English so communication was never a problem. Would thoroughly recommend. It would also suggest you need a car to get about either down the hill to City and beaches or up the hill to mountain villages and exploring. Pool is great and outdoor space around the villa is superb. Reccomendations - we followed up on a few authentic tavernas from Katerina and they were superb. Would defo go and eat at Athivoles Taverna in Chromonastiri. Only a short drive away ie 7 km but basically the most authentic Cretan cuisine you will taste for sure. Hits were magnificent. All in all we had a great family holiday.

A wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! the hosts were super friendly and responsive, they provided more than expected with regards to amenities and our stay even more effortless!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb with the whole family! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in smooth and answering any questions we had right away.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The view was spectacular and the villa was spotless. Easily accommodated 5 of us. We had the pool heated and members of our group swam daily. Easy drive into Old Town where we had no trouble finding parking spots. Giorgos was AMAZING!!! He responded within minutes, no matter the time of day. 10 stars for Giorgos!! 10 stars for the whole thing. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish!

Our stay was 12 days/travel time in May and we were really very impressed with the beautiful place. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in very nice surroundings, but on the other hand do not want to go too far to do great beaches, hikes or other beautiful things. Good shopping is also just a few minutes away by car. The welcome was made by Panos, who was very warm and there was a great package of little things, lovingly put together. We thought that was incredibly nice! Panos gave us many great tips for things to do and refreshments and was always quick to reach for questions. The pool area was cleaned daily and once a week a cleaner also came. The roof terrace could be made a little more cozy as it is very large. There you will find a ping pong table and two plastic chairs. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again.

The house is wonderful and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with the beautiful view as well as the private pool. Fani was always easily accessible and always responded attentively to our concerns. The house is recommended for those who like it relaxed and a little quieter. Nevertheless, it is well located for excursions and tours. Thanks to Fani and the team around for letting us enjoy our vacation there so much.

A great place to stay when you want to be near town but prefer a quiet area. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was also great, very responsive and he even arranged us a baby cot which made our lives much easier.

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Studio well located in Rethymno downtown convenient to explore the city by foot. If having a car, parking can be found in the square. Quiet neighbourhood overnight. Best souvlaki restaurant/take out nearby. Giorgos is a very gentle and accessible host. Thank you for everything!

Simply stunning apartment, glorious views and easy access to the little village of Kalyves. We spent most days by the pool and evenings eating at the many restaurants by the beach. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, the views from the living room are stunning. Eleni is an attentive and very responsive host who looked after us extremely well. We will be back very soon!

Spacious rooms, friendly host, value for money, close to the beach and the center. Huge parking lot next to the house. 2 balconies, one in front and one at the back of the house where you can see the sunset. Really nice experience! Spotless

Excellent location, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach, the patio is amazing, perfect for people watching. There was a lovely bike rental place close by which was incredibly convinient. Would stay there again, it had everything we needed, thanks Alexia!
