Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Reservoir

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

We had a pleasant stay overall and will recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

A well equipped and immaculate home backed up by a responsive and approachable host. Thoroughly recommended. Know where we’ll want to stay when we visit our daughter.

We had a great time here. We had three adults and two kids and it was perfect. Plenty of room and the living area is beautiful and light. It felt just like home. The station is about a minute’s walk with high street just beyond. Aleck was a friendly and communicative host. Thank you!

Charlotte's place is a great little cottage, equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Very well priced, especially over a long weekend. We were in the area as I was competing in a Roller Derby Competition. The location is quiet and peaceful and very close to shops, supermarkets, fuel stations and our venue. We had lunch at Edwards Lakes Tavern with my niece and sons on one of the days, and it has a fantastic indoor playground which kept the boys busy! Great communication from Charlotte from the booking, all the way through and follow up after our stay. The bed is very comfortable, and the living area well set up with a large comfy sofa and an AC which kept us warm on the cold winter days (we are from up north). There is also and AC in the bedroom and electric blanket! Cozy little place which we will definitely book again, and we recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in this area. Walking into the house we were very happy with everything we saw. Spacious nice home. Lots of heating. Stayed for 3 nights in total. Bed was comfortable, however the pillows felt old and could possibly need replacing (in the main bedroom). There was an old bar of soap that had been well used left in the shower and a cleaning cloth on the floor. We were only given two dishwasher tablets for our 3 day stay. As I had to wash up by hand, I decided to wash the tea towels for the owners however there was only a few specs of washing powder in the box. There is a lovely outdoor area and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Preston Market is located right around the corner, which we visited for food and were not disappointed. Apart from a couple of things which are easy to fix, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Ray and Jean's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. it's located near public transport, cafes and restaurants and interesting shops. If you want to stay in the heart of Brunswick, Ray and Jean's place is ideal.

Cathy's place was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. She had taken the trouble is make sure we had what we needed for a stay of a few days. The location was great as it was close to shops, parks and public transport. Entry and access were easy and Cathy sent detailed information. I would definitely want to return.

Neil & Carolinas place was a cozy little hideaway. Super clean and tidy. Easy to find and access. Will be back!

I knew it would be noisy with the traffic and the train, it never worried me at all. My husband didnt sleep from the noise. Oh well lol. Where we are from all we hear are crickets and birds so I loved the busy noise for a change. Apartment was great, in great spot, so easy to check in and out. We ate out so didnt use kitchen etc. Great cafe across the street for breakfast. If I had to say a bad word it would be the towels. They are thin and worn. We enjoyed our stay at Bo"s place. It was great..

This is the second time I have stayed at Michael and Cate's place and I had a very pleasant stay. It is conveniently located and suits me well when I visit Melbourne. It is very clean and comfortable and I would be happy to return when next visiting Thornbury.

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.
