The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
