we actually wanted to extend the stay... it was great, the apartment was as cozy as my home, beautiful and elegant... loved the stay definitely strongly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Anjuna Aloccasia ! From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up to ensure comfort and convenience. Every little detail was taken care of, showing how much effort they put into making guests feel welcome. Both Rohit and Rahul were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. I truly appreciated the “feel like home” vibe—it made the experience even more special. Highly recommended, and I’d love to stay here again!

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

The host is very responsive and the property is perfect for small groups . Loved it ♥️.

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Deepak is a great and a very polite person.He just treated their guest like his family and if any problems came into it , he solved like in a manner he is just a call away . he is very cooperative , I must say wonderful person he is and we feel like we are in our own home and he is just one call away ..and solved every problem. Very cute and clean place. Peaceful and calming. No disturbance of any kind. Has everything needed.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The place is just perfect and centre to north Goa , You will find it peaceful and soothing as house is made so beautifully. I will definitely prefer this airbnb next time .

This is my third stay at Raju’s place. It is a real home away from home for me while I do some business in Goa. Raju is great to communicate with & goes above & beyond to help in every way. The apartment is always spotless with kitchen items provided so that I can make some meals & enjoy them on the balcony overlooking the pool or stroll a few minutes to great restaurants nearby. I really appreciate the fast wifi to attend to my work & the new aircon is fantastic! It’s a real gem of a place to stay. Thanks again Raju for a wonderful visit.

Over all best place ever peaceful area just lots of things to do their they have all amenities that a perfect apartment has good furniture good ambiance I will plan to come there soon

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

Firstly, thank you to the whole team for making our vacation a memorable one. The apartment was loaded with necessary amenities and the furniture was clean. Anyone booking the property should own or rent a car as nearby attractions are not at a walkable distance. The host is very responsive and proactive with 24/7 availability. Parking is available on premises but sometimes it might get full as it has limited space. Overall we had fun on our vacation and our stay in your property made it 10 times more satisfying.

Property is Nice. Host Anuj & Caretaker Rocky are too Good Always ready for help. Its 15 minutes(2km) walk to Bagha Beach. Roads are bit Narrow & Silent. Blinkit & Zomato delivers the Door. Society is gated & its Open 24 Hours. Security is TopNotch. Pools have bit more chlorine & Its Not that Clean. Jacuzzi is Nice. All the utensils & basic amenities are available in the Room(Dental Kit can be added)

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful apartment!! If anyone is looking for a home away from home.I would highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!
