Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. This stay is a total gem. From the moment you walk in, it’s enchanting. Easy entry with a code, and the retractable projector is a game-changer for creating an open space when not in use. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need—gold silverware, sleek cups, sharp knives, and even coffee! Plenty of storage throughout, with clever baskets under the beds. The lounge in the garage is perfect for movie nights or playing horror games, thanks to an amazing sound system and TV setup. The upstairs is a play haven for kids, while the bathrooms have thoughtful extras like shampoo and conditioner (that worked for my curly hair) and even tampons. The location is ideal—restaurants, a farmers market, and small market are all within walking distance, and shopping at Tanger outlets or grocery stores is a short drive. Whether you're here for a family getaway or a fun retreat with friends, this home offers a true escape. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay! David was extremely responsive. The hot tub temperature wasn’t as hot as we like and I sent a message through Airbnb expecting it to be resolved after we left the next day but David came out of the unit within a minute and fixed it for me. The space was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were fantastic. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Space was super clean & exactly what we expected. Instructions on how to get there & how to get in were easy to follow. The host was unbelievably kind & gracious. Helped us with any issues or problems we had. Perfect space for two people. If I go back to Rehoboth beach I would want to stay there again.

Chuck met us when we arrived. We were early but he most graciously let us in. Chuck was extremely personable and welcoming. The space was better than I expected. Very private and comfortable. We so appreciated Chuck's flexibility regarding turning off the aircon. (We aren't fans.) You won't regret staying here.
