Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Murcia

It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

Fuimos a un concierto en Sala REM que queda literalmente a 3 minutos del departamento y todo perfecto. Tiene de todo para cocinar, lavar ropa, la ducha muy cómoda y con agua caliente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, es seguro y muy bien ubicado para caminar o acercarte a los lugares. Lo recomiendo 100%

Sin palabras…una casa cuidada al detalle, muy bien decorada, súper limpia… La ubicación es inmejorable con la playa al lado y todos los servicios super cerca. Milka es encantadora, muy atenta, amable y dando facilidades. ¡Esperamos repetir muy pronto!

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Miguel Angel fue super agradable con nosotros, nos espero en la misma calle y nos aconsejó sobre muchos aspectos ya que era la primera vez que visitábamos Murcia. El piso impecable tal y como mostraba las fotos, punto extra es que tenia un supermercado muy cerca. Una experiencia muy positiva. Repetiría sin duda.

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

El apartamento cumplía con todas nuestras necesidades y con las aportadas por el anuncio. Araceli fue encantadora, amable y atenta incluso tuvo el detalle de guardarnos un sitio en la misma calle para poder aparcar. Recomendado 100%.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
