unforgettable 5 days in Parma... The apartment is perfectly clean and decorated with exquisite taste, you immediately feel at home. There is everything you need. Spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful for sleeping/relaxing, but very close to the action of the city center. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay there again!

This apartment was in a shared courtyard in a great area of downtown bologna. This meant that we had access to great restaurants and things to do but could also go home to a quiet outside area to sit and hang out.

My friend and I had a brilliant stay at Dario’s apartment. The flat was spacious, quiet and clean. Dario could not have been kinder and more thoughtful - we were greeted with wine, coffee, fruit and snacks. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. Tim is always available, smiling, really taking care of his tenants. and good advice We're holding this property. Thanks so much to Tim .

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

This apartment takes you back to medieval times and you to the past and I beautiful animatic setting. The balcony overlooking the circular river is amazing. The mountains and clouds provide a moody setting that changes with every passing cloud. The resident duck can be seen feeding as you soak up the sun. The apartment is rustic with a modern bathroom, and the kitchen is stocked with welcoming snacks, wine, and coffee. Overall, our stay gave us a lasting impression, our timeless tradition and lifestyle.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. If you’re staying in Fivizzano and want a peaceful place to stay, this is it! The house was so beautiful and the scenery was to die for. Giovanna was very responsive and flexible with our schedule. This is worth very penny! Thank you Giovanna for a great stay!

My mom and I stayed at Giovanni's apartment. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who have to move on foot and those who have to go to the Maggiore hospital, which is very close. We had a great time. Giovanni is super kind and friendly, available to meet the needs of guests. If we were to return, we would clearly stay in his property!

Roberto's accommodation was very spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a stay in Bologna. There was everything you needed on site. Roberto was available to answer my questions, in addition to giving me some useful tips to enjoy the city. He also showed flexibility, which was very appreciable. Please note that he does not speak English on the phone. Nothing serious, but good to know!

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. We had a great stay at Spiros apartment. It’s very nicely located in the heart of Modena with beautiful views over the old town (the terrace is amazing!!). Very nice restaurants and bars super close to the apartment. It’s also very clean and has everything you need for a fun stay in Modena. Spiros and Viviana were very kind, gave many recommendations and were always available via chat. Thanks for the great time! :-)
