the location is not touristy but it's really convenient for travelling to the main locations. the villa was great and had beautiful gardens. the host support were amazing and incredibly helpful.i would return without a doubt!

Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

Vittorio and Mirella immediately proved to be very friendly, kind and willing to meet our needs. Everything was positive in every aspect. Thank you for everything and especially for your welcome in your home. A hug!

Claudia and Giuseppe were kind and helpful from the time of booking until check-out. The accommodation internally is intimate and cute, complete with all the necessary comforts. It is also well furnished and full of typical Sicilian phrases and design objects that make everything even more welcoming. Last, but not least, the terrace that surrounds the house and offers a breathtaking view of the strait and is perfect for relaxation and aperitifs/dinners when the weather allows it. Highly recommended

The place was in a great location close to the beach, clean, fully equipped. The host responded right away, gave us a tip for a great private beach, everything was perfect. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Domus Austria is a cozy little house on the seafront in a quiet area of ​​Messina and has the most beautiful sunset in the world! Communication with the host is perfect and check in was very smooth with the help of Maria Rita, the friendliness in person. I would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the beach better and sleep listening to the noise of the sea more nights.

We felt right at home. Fabio has thought of everything. Directly on the sea. Wonderful!

Salvatore and his daughter, Melania are very helpful and attentive hosts. The place is perfectly located - 5 min on foot from beautiful and almost empty beach. There are 3 big stores and big commercial center in the neighborhood. The house is specious and nice, however I would suggest renovation - especially the bathroom and second bedroom, where mattresses definitely should be replaced. The rest is good - kitchen has basic equipment (some pots, frying pans, cutlery, cups and glasses). There is a fridge and gas plate to cook. There is no air conditioning, but it’s not a problem at all. The place offers washing machine if you need. You can eat lemons and basil straight from the garden behind the house, which is very nice. There is another super nice thing - there are two very friendly dogs living in the property :) We spent great 10 days in Salvatore’s house - thank you!

Very nice apartment. Very modern, clean and beautiful furnishing. Location is near coast as well. Recommended!

The house is spacious and sparkling clean. The furniture is new. We can fully recommend the house and the kindness and helpfulness of Gaetano Pio. What we didn't like was the location. It takes a car (the center of Reggio is 15 mins away, Scilla 10 mins ). There is no beautiful area for walking. The public beach is dull, as is most of the streets of this place. However, there are a few beach baths that you have to pay. It looked clean there.

A beautiful apartment within walking distance to the beach. Apartment is pristine and modern with a lovely variety of breakfast pastries, toasts, jams etc. Host is very friendly and helpful and also flexible with check in. One can catch a train to Reggio Di Calabria for €1.40 to see various attractions and lovely restaurants. The Eurospin supermarket is about a 15 min walk from the apartment for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Would definitely recommend this apartment. If you love modern art, you will be delighted by this charming well decorated apartment, opening onto a pretty balcony, with an unobstructed view of Reggio di calabria and a beautiful garden. We were very touched by his welcome and the wonderful visit of the palazzo della cultura Pasquino Crupi. The icing on the cake: free parking right in front of the property!
