Holiday rentals with beach access in Reggio Calabria

We had an amazing stay. The host picked us up from the airport, drove us through the local shops, showed us where the train station was, recommended restaurants and shops, and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport. The place was beautiful, right on the beach, with the most amazing view, where you can watch the sunset, was magical. I would advise anyone to stay here, I would say to bring swim shoes as the beach is very rocky. Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to this wonderful host xx

The apartment was simply amazing! The huge terrace with uninterrupted views of Scilla beach was perfect for relaxing, watching the cruise ships and also eating outside. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer as it was just perfect.

Nice apartment. The penthouse terrace is nice to eat in the evenings with the whole family. The sea was close and it was easy to go swimming. Also the bus stop was close. Also a grocery store a few minutes' walk away.

Filippo’s place is spotless! The forniture and the household appliances are new and good quality, even the pans are new… It’s very fresh in summer and one minute walking distance to the beach… I highly recommend this place and his host!

We loved our stay. The apartment is brandnew and super clean. Very well equipped with everything you need. Directly at the sea and you just need to cross the street to get to the beach. There is a spacious terrace as well, with a big umbrella to block the sun, outside shower, seating area. They provided a baby bed and a high chair. Restaurants, bars and ice cream are closeby. Davide and family welcomed us on arrival and provided us with sightseeing tips, restaurant recommendations and much more.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is just perfect – everything is within walking distance, be it the train station, the beach or the shopping. This makes the arrival and exploration of the area super convenient. Communication with Diego was straightforward and fast. He was always available and kindly answered all our questions. His helpfulness and excursion tips made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very clean and offered extensive amenities that left nothing to be desired. We immediately felt comfortable and can only recommend this place👍🏼☀️!

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Huge flat with 3 balconies, huge living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. Washer, iron, toiletries, and extra towels. Great owners who took great care of us. They gave tips for a great stay. Great location. A minute to the sea, restaurants. 5 minutes to the local shop smelling Italian. 7 minutes to the train station. We recommend walking to Catona, travelling to Sicily by water tram, visit to Melito di Porto Salve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real Italy.

The house is amazing, everything is very new. High quality appliances and utensils. The host is very kind and accessible.

We received a particularly warm welcome in the lovely house right on the beach. Friends of Enzo were ready with extensive information and a nice bottle of rosé (thanks Ewa and Salvatore!). The supermarket and a great coffee shop are in walking distance. The house is not particularly luxuriously furnished but you are not often there. On the beach, on the balcony or under the house in the shade it is very nice! The air conditioning in every room works great. The train comes close to the house a few times an hour, but at night it does not run. Then it's nice and quiet. We definitely recommend the house!

Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Anthony is a great host and we enjoyed our time here. It’s easy to park, easy to access, and the apartment has everything you need.

The apartment is located very close to the sea. The larger terrace offers great views of the sea and sunrise, and the smaller one overlooking the beautiful mountains. With Andrea's pinpoint description, it was easy to find the apartment's covered private parking spot with a camera and motion sensor and a key locker. The apartment is on the top floor. The building has an elevator up from the garage, but one flight of stairs still has to be climbed. But worth it. The pictures in her description show the family atmosphere well. Since the rooms and the kitchen are fully equipped, I can recommend staying there for a longer period of time. The location and atmosphere of the kitchen is really special. The neighborhood is quiet during the low season (I don't know what it's like in the summer), but the shops, great restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops are still in operation at this time. Andrea is a very kind and helpful host. We would love to go back to her apartment. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

Beautiful to sleep with the sounds of the sea. Everything you need. Carlo was friendly and responsive. Nothing more to say :)

Claudia welcomed us warmly and also provided us with a few small things in the Air B N B (butter, bread, cookies, yogurt). The apartment is directly opposite the beach and next to a small kiosk where you can get drinks and ice cream and about 30 minutes from Taormina. The balcony faces the street, but we knew that and it was not a problem for us. We thought it was really nice and just the thing for a week of beach, siesta in the apartment, and beach again. A lovely love to stay with stunning views

Great location very near to train station and also the main shops. There is a new building being built opposite but with windows closed we did not really hear much noise. The apartment is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Mariafrancesca was an excellent host and was really helpful and responsive.

Daniela is a wonderful host, always helpful and caring. On the first day of our stay I asked for a few things and Daniela delivered them very quickly. In the apartment we felt at home, there was everything we needed. Santa Teresa di Riva is a very nice town, ideal for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to various attractive places (e.g. Taormina) that are easy to reach. The sea, shops and restaurants a few steps from the apartment. I recommend this place and Daniela's apartment.

We loved our stay here. Giuseppe is an attentive host and offers help and advice. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have experienced, especially if you enjoy cooking as we do. The view from the kitchen window is stunning! The harbour side balcony view overlooking the Straights of Messina to Scilly is pretty unique. It is nearby to a busy road but that aside it is a great place to have a long sunlight even meal.
