Our home is situated near the Sacramento River in the River Ridge subdivision. Fishing and boat access, Caldwell Park, Redding Skate Park, Redding Aquatic Center, the Sundial Bridge, and Turtle Bay are moments away. Walk or ride your bike from the house onto the Sacramento River Trail system. Guests have access to the three car garage.

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
