Definetly recommend. Had a lot of stuff for cooking which was awesome, and overall a very nice home!

Enjoyed staying at this home. My kids had a lot of fun in the pool. House is located on a quiet street - near downtown. The backyard was very private, which I loved, as we spent majority of our time there. Ran into a couple bumps but Victoria was amazing and proactive - I very much appreciated her help.

Loved this little gem! The pool and hot tub were big winners for our kids. The host was very responsive and flexible when our check in was delayed due to the previous renters late checkout. We ran into a few small issues and the hosts were extremely responsive and responded same day if they could. Super close to the river running path, Turtle Bay, not far at all from downtown, and there’s a small park just around the corner with a great play area. We were very thankful to call this place home for a couple of weeks in the great weather.

We had such a lovely stay here. The home was so beautiful and the kids lived in the pool. So peaceful sitting out back with the waterfall flowing into the pool and the kids swinging in the backyard. So much space in the kitchen and the beds were all very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

This was a good central location for me to get off work, got the gym, stop for groceries and go clean up and hot the pool and sauna everyday while traveling for work. I wish it was more available to me to stay here!

We had a great stay at this mid-century home in Redding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cool retro vibe that made it feel unique. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved Chad's place. It was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults and two small kids, as well as family visitors. Super kid friendly with lots of wide open spaces and not a lot of clutter for the crawler. Fun toys for the bigger kid. And the pool was great! All bedrooms were on the top floor - which we didn't realize, and was a bit tough for the almost 90 yo, but otherwise very comfortable house. Great views, nice outdoor spaces (though lots of stairs here as well, just FYI!), and really comfortable temp inside with AC despite lots of early May sun.

Nathan and Hillary were great hosts and had good communication throughout our stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home had plenty of room and was exactly what we were looking for. the pool area was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there as it was over 100 degrees! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Rachel has been a great host! the home was beautiful and clean, made us feel right at home. it was very nice to relax in the hot tub after trekking on the trails. we will definitely come back here when we want to go to Redding again. Highly recommended!

David is the type of host that keeps us using AirBnB, he was so easy to work with. The house was perfect, we were comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. The backyard is great, with a pool, hot tub and great view of the city and the very long trestle railroad bridge that runs right below it. The location was very quiet, but not remote, the city was within easy driving distance. The house has everything you would need while away from home, and the fact our hounds were welcome and provided for was a huge plus for us. We would definitely stay again if we go back and need a place. We highly recommend the house and David.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, the house is clean, spacious, and beautiful. The lap pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed using them. The hosts were very nice and responsive to our messages. We would definitely recommend staying here to others and would stay again ourselves. We love Redding, Whiskeytown Lake, Burney Falls, and Bethel Church!

Our stay with Rue was fantastic! Honestly the photos don't do it justice, the pool was a lot bigger than it looked. Great place to do exactly what they advertised, play, rest, repeat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The home was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and cared for. The location was ideal—just 2 minutes from Bethel—which made getting to and from the conference incredibly easy and convenient. Ann was a gracious and thoughtful host—kind, responsive, and full of warmth. You can truly feel the care she puts into creating a welcoming space. Location-wise, it was ideal: just minutes from Lake Shasta and Shasta Dam, about an hour from Mount Shasta, and roughly 1.5 hours from Lassen Volcanic National Park. My family and I enjoyed staying at this house. It was very spacious. It was nice being able to be in different rooms and all having our own space. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the entire house. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows if needed. Bobby is a very good host and is very responsive to any questions or information you need. Overall, I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family especially if they have a larger party going.

Laura was super friendly and responsive. I was a little nervous about having a shared backyard but it ended up being just fine. We stayed outside for hours, used the pool and played in the yard and our kids had a blast. The house was spacious and had plenty of bedding. The shower was hot regardless of how many showers we took. Definitely worth the price!
