Our home is situated near the Sacramento River in the River Ridge subdivision. Fishing and boat access, Caldwell Park, Redding Skate Park, Redding Aquatic Center, the Sundial Bridge, and Turtle Bay are moments away. Walk or ride your bike from the house onto the Sacramento River Trail system. Guests have access to the three car garage.

Just a short 12 minute drive to Shasta Lake and 7-8 minutes to Bethel.

This cozy 5-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 in 2 queen and 3 king beds and we offer a queen air mattress as well for guests 11 and 12. We love this house and we think you will too!
