Very nicely decorated, peaceful, private apartment in a beautiful fjord. Loved the beach bar a short walk down the road.

We loved our stay at Darkos place. Nice and clean and he had plenty of towels and wash cloths. No clutter and we loved the location-so close to local sites and restaurants

The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

We loved the place. The beach is 200m away and it is not a typical "tourist beach" but very quiet and many locals go swimming there :) You are well connected by bus and can get to the city center within 15-20 minutes. We also took the opportunity to travel from Pula to Venice by ferry, which was really worth it for a day trip! Another advantage was that you could walk relatively quickly to the adjacent peninsula, where there is a national park with wonderful cliffs.

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

A great, quiet place to stay, with many beautiful details. Loved it!

We had a great time, the house was very clean, super well-equipped, nothing missing, good bedding too. 25 minutes from Pula to find beautiful beaches, small village supermarket with affordable prices. The only drawback is the 3 dogs of the neighbors who bark a lot. Nives is very nice and offers us cupcakes on arrival as well as a small coffee. Thank you very much.

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!
