On the lower floor a very small kitchen as well as dining area with space for four and fireplace. On the upper floor, there are two wall-mounted single beds, as well as a 120 cm wide sofa bed. It is about 5 km to Tällberg and 7 km to Leksand. There is space to park a car next to the shelter on the farm. Shower and toilet have a separate entrance downstairs. Cleaning is not included.

Recharge your batteries with relaxing summer days in the sun and beautiful sunsets over the lake from the patio. I autumn, the trees show their full spectrum of colors and the darker evenings you spend in front of our cozy fireplace. In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.

There is a heat pump (luftvärmepump), air-condition and a fireplace. And floor heating in the bathroom. Everything is new. The stowe, the dishwasher and washing machine as well as the furniture. There is a smart TV. And wifi. The bedroom has a 140 cm new bed. And the sitting room a new sofa bed 140 cm.
