It was an all-round perfect stay. We spent 5 days in the apartment and we lacked nothing. Very well equiped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. The whole apartment was super clean. Super uncomplicated contact with the hosts. Apartment is very quiet. Due to the fact that the apartment is located in the "basement", it remains well tempered even at high outside temperatures. Everything you need is within walking or driving distance. I can only recommend it.⛰️🥰

Relaxed quiet location, easy to find and parking directly on the property. Franz gave us a great welcome and showed us the apartment. Apartment + terrace is super cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. Great location between Lake Achensee and the Wilder Kaiser for hiking.

We felt more than comfortable in the accommodation of Nadine and her family. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! We were already greeted with lovely little touches and were consistently treated to very warm hospitality. Nadine was always super accessible and made our stay as relaxing as possible. We would love to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation - the balcony view is also a dream 🌞

Good location in Fügen incl. 2 parking spaces. The beds are great, the kitchen is good, but not super equipped.

Hermann and Thekla are very friendly and open hosts who also live in the house and are therefore always available. The apartment was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Wonderful view of the valley from the large balcony. Very quiet location, an idyllic place to unwind and relax. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We were guests with 2 families at Isabella's apartment. The host is always available and very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. We rented an apartment for Christmas. The apartments correspond to the description, the apartment has everything you need for life, parking next to the house. The apartments are impeccably clean, clean linen, towels, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very beautiful surroundings - very quiet, you can walk, nearby ski resorts, Innsbruck. Very attentive and responsive hosts - local recommendations, filled out a form for the child so that the child could study at a children's ski school for free. It was one of our best and most memorable trips! We will definitely come back again, we really enjoyed it!

We were guests of Daniela for a weekend trip and would have liked to stay longer. Communication was smooth and always friendly. The apartment was sparkling clean and very tidy, also equipped with a few maps for the area. We felt comfortable right away and were able to enjoy the time effortlessly. Thank you :)

Christoph’s place was extremely clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Easy to walk to bus and hiking. We drive into Innsbruck easily. Supermarket about 5-7 min by car.Christoph was very friendly and gave us nice tips on things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very stylishly furnished and everything your heart desires is available. The location is excellent, you receive detailed instructions on how to get there before arrival and can easily find the assigned underground parking space. The apartment is exceptionally clean, we were proactively asked for fresh towels after 3 days. Highly recommend we would book the place again anytime.

We had a brilliant holiday in this accommodation. The apartment was absolutely clean, is well equipped, has plenty of space and has a beautiful garden with great views of the mountains. Strass is a tranquil place where you can enjoy in peace. Furthermore, the ski bus stops just outside the front door and charges you directly at the gondola lift in Hochzillertal. The host was very friendly and always helpful. The value for money is unbeatable for this region and we would choose this vacation again and again.

I am very glad that I have select this apartment to stay in, during my vacation in Austria. It does looks like new and really, I felt that I am in my home. It really looks like the photos published and as described. The apartment modern, clean, tidy and well designed. It is equipped with all requirements. Moreover, the location is perfect for relaxing, and it is quite also it is so privet. Around and very closed to the apartment will find many shops and restaurant. No need to travel long distance to buy food and all things you might need. The exceptional thing is the host, they are very kindly and helpful, their support always available and they are ready to help at any time. The way they welcomed me is amazing. Their kindness is the best I ever seen. Eventually, I strongly recommend this host and their apartment for any guest.

Great host and perfect location for enjoying the mountains.

We stayed at Alfi's place for a bike getaway. We felt super comfortable. The place was modernly furnished, clean, cozy and everything you needed was available. We also thought the location was great. Shopping facilities were available and excursion destinations were quick to reach. Alfi was always available and provided us with plenty of excursion tips. We would come back any time! Highly recommend!

We had 10 wonderful days in Tenn 2. The view from the balcony is really great, you can't get enough! The apartment is very rustic and cozy, everything you need is available! The surroundings are magnificent anyway and you can also walk to Alpbach and Inneralpbach and to several inns! We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

The holiday home of Christine and Jozef is a real gem for peace seekers. House is equipped with all comforts, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with opportunities for cycling, hiking, swimming in the summer. Waking up in the morning to the sound of cows mooing, who wouldn't want that?
