The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

A new built 33m2 apartment with lake views and easy access to village, lake, ski lifts, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails. You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest city in Austria (about 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities. With me, you get the Alpbachtal Card, which allows you to ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.

Gemütliche Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen (ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer) mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Busstation befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Fahrten mit dem Regiobussen in der Umgebung sind für sie mit der „Alpbachtal Card“ kostenlos.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
