Wonderful location! Host helped get luggage upstairs. If you drive, apartment is in a plaza so will need to haul luggage a little way. Will also have to park car. Not too far away for payment but a safe location. Host helped us locate nearby the train station. Wonderful host. Great location. All walkable. Was able to visit Sana Margherita and Portofino without moving car. Would stay here again!

Paul was very responsive and provided great recommendations and information about the area. His place was perfect for us but there are quite a number of stairs to reach the apartment ( which was not a problem for us). If you have disabilities this would not be a good option for you. That said the place was in a great location with a lovely view. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was as shown in the photos, large spaces clean and tastefully furnished. The reserved parking is definitely a great advantage...not far from the center easily accessible on foot (we stayed with 2 girls) Host available and responsive. Great stay, Thank you Ekatrina! Highly recommend!

Elena was there to meet us upon arrival. She was very welcoming and explained the apartment’s features. She also provided us with very useful local knowledge and restaurant recommendations. During our stay, Elena was always prompt to reply and answer any questions. The apartment is very private, quiet, safe and walking distance to everything.

Luca and Cristina were very helpful and welcoming!! Instructions were very clear on how to check-in and check-out. Very responsive too :) Beautiful and clean space close to stores and restaurants. Would recommend!

The location was perfect - shops, restaurants, the train station, and the port (where you can catch the boat) are all nearby. The apartment was very clean and had two generously sized bedrooms. The windows offered good insulation from the outside noise, which is to be expected given the central location. Communication with the host, Mimma, was excellent. She gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, explained where everything was, and also sent lots of helpful information about places to visit. We always try to cook a little when staying in a rental, as we have two small children and prefer not to rely solely on restaurant food. A dishwasher would have been a perfect addition to reduce time spent washing up, but this was only a minor detail. Thank you again, Mimma and Stefano, for a very pleasant stay.

Bruno is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is also nice, walkable, and many beautiful spots. It is also not too far from the well-known portofino. Anyway, our fam member contains of 5 and it is the maximum people to stay (IMO) otherwise it’s gonna be too crowded in the room.

The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thank you to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on our arrival and departure to the train station.

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

Luca’s place is perfectly located in the heart of La Spezia—just steps away from great restaurants and within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre while still being able to enjoy relaxed evenings in La Spezia. The location really couldn’t have been better for our stay!

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Genoa. The apartment was large and beautiful, and had everything you need and we are so happy with the accommodation. The only thing we missed was AC when it was hottest, but most windows could be opened so it was good to ventilate. We would really recommend this apartment and the host and would love to come back again!

Very good welcome. Typical and quiet environment. The location of the apartment at the top of a very old building requires a minimum of mobility to climb the stairs, which were designed steeper than today (we managed it despite being 70 years old). The apartment is very cozy and spotless.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful provide good legs to go down into town, not much bus and paid parking if you get off by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with hot tub is a real gem, offering beautiful views and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… or even beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genova.

Paolo's apartment is located on the heights of Rapallo: the road to access it by car is steep but once found the location is perfect with a nice view of the sea and a closed parking lot. There is also a small pedestrian path mainly composed of steps to access the beach more quickly as well as the seafront promenade which connects to the city center (it goes up but we were able to do it with two small children). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, it is even prettier than in the photos! The pool in the residence is large and very pleasant. We recommend this place!

Mara is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She kept making sure everything was okay or if we were missing something. Communication was super fast.

Pierangelo was extremely kind, available and always responsive. The accommodation is peaceful with a stunning view and an amazing pool. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back!

Accommodation a little sporty to access but really worth it. Once the luggage is unloaded and the vehicle parked in the nearby square located in the completely private and secure enclosure: the whole city with shops is accessible in ten minutes on foot. No need to use the vehicle. You can get to all the destinations of the five neighboring lands in a few minutes by train and enjoy the beautiful little town of Sistri Levante. Accommodation isolated from the city and yet just next to it giving a magnificent view of the sea, surrounded by a botanical garden. Ideal for a small family, children can walk safely in the enclosed area. The accommodation equipment is complete, new and comfortable.

The appartment is spacious and clean. within a few minutes you're at the station and the surroundings are otherwise peaceful.
