Holiday rentals with lake access in Rancho Mirage

This was our first time in Indio , Palm Springs area ! Another example of Gods creation! The Villa was perfect , roomy and in a great community ! We loved the private pool and paid for the hot tub/spa so worth it ! So many things to do in the area Badlands canyon trail , Andreas canyon , Palm Springs tram ! All added to an enjoyable trip! The Emerald lake house is the place to escape and relax! I absolutely loved the space, amazing decor, and had anything you could possibly need. I travelled solo for Coachella and felt very safe the entire time. The beds and linens were so comfortable, the spa was an amazing therapeutic experience, and I cold plunged in the pool a few times and it was awesome! Would definitely recommend for a group looking to take in what the lake has to offer. Peaceful and in touch with nature. The place was spotless and well organized. Would love to revisit!

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. The house was in close proximity to lots of things we needed (e.g., grocery, restaurants, gym). The property management team was proactive with instructions and responsive to our questions or any issues that came up. Parking was easy as there is space for 3-4 cars between the garage and the driveway. There is a process to check into the community gate/entrance when you first arrive, but it was fairly quick and convenient. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend to others looking for a getaway in the Palm Springs/Indio area.

We had a group of senior high school girls stay there for Stagecoach. They LOVED the place. They felt very safe and secure there. The place was really nice and plenty of room for all 12 girls. Everything worked perfectly. Girls ran over some landscape lights and damaged the stovetop somehow and Vahan was really kind and understanding! Would absolutely rent from him again any day!!! 10/10

We absolutely loved the home! It is so big and beautiful. We had more than enough space for our family. The pool is amazing and you don't even feel like there are neighbors. Rose is so pleasant to speak with and made us feel totally at home! We had a baseball tournament in Palm Springs and the drive there was so easy. We would love to stay again!!

Kevin and Carol's home was the perfect place to accommodate my group of 6 for the coachella music festival. The home itself is very spacious, with each bedroom having a lot of room to spread out and feel at home. We also loved how close it is to the closest community pool. Getting in and out of the area was also very easy, for us as well as drivers for Uber and other services. Kevin and Carol were also excellent hosts! They were extremely friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed about the house prior to arrival. It was very helpful to have them be so easily reachable. Thank you Kevin and Carol!

Our stay was more than what we could have expected! The scenery was breath taking, the house was beautiful and comfortable. It was home away from home. We were fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to stay here. If and when I go back to Indio, I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

My friends and I had a great time staying here! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a group getaway. My favorite part was definitely the backyard — there was so much to do and we really enjoyed spending time there. The whole place felt welcoming and well taken care of. Would absolutely rebook in the future. Highly recommended!

Good location to stay for stagecoach festival if you have the shuttle pass, about 10-15 min drive to convention center for the shuttle

This condo was beautiful and made our stat fabulous. The views outside of the lake and palm trees on the golf course were spectacular and the condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked and very comfortable. The gated community was easy to find and navigate and the pools were great. What you see is what you get and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs in the future.

With a last minute booking needed , the host was beyond wonderful and helpful. We were accommodated within minutes of messaging. Beyond great communication , extremely prompt and attentive. 100 out of 100 for our experience.

My boyfriend and I loved Imelda’s place, it was perfect for a relaxing weekend, the view of the pond and ducks was my favorite we had our coffee out there in the morning and it was so peaceful, the inside is so clean and she had all the items we needed to cook, definitely will book again if we ever need it ☀️

Carolyn’s place is well-stocked with towels, sheets and blankets. The second bedroom is more like a second living room, without closets, shelves or mirror. The location, directly across from the hot pools and horseshoe arena, and a four-minute walk to pickleball courts, is fabulous with a lake view. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything. House is bright, and the skylight in the bathroom is a great touch

Oleg was very sweet and responded quickly. Her place was gorgeous, cozy and clean. My fiancé and I didn’t have to worry about everything you usually have to worry about with hotels. She gave us a wonderful stay.

Carolyn’s home was quiet and easily accessible! Everything was perfect and just as she described. She was very informative with the surrounding areas and very responsive to everything. House was perfect and very clear instructions for check out and the community. Would recommend staying again. (:

If you are looking for a place to enjoy this is the place. It was beautiful, the house had everything you might need and more. Beautiful scenery pond with ducks.. covered deck.. great grill! We will come back!
