This house was a dream come true for a quick desert getaway. It feels like a direct extension of the desert landscape around it and is decorated and appointed meticulously to help you feel immersed in the calming desert scene all around you. We didn't want to do much besides drift in the pool and soak up the scenery, and it was a perfect match for our laid-back goals. Close enough to town that we could run in to get some last-minute supplies, but far enough away that town felt non-existent if you were just looking around. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the desert.

The house is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful space, quiet neighborhood, nice amenities and close to everything we wanted to do in Palm Springs! The host was welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! I'll mention the airport proximity because we weren't expecting to be that close. There was some air traffic noise, but it was a non-issue for us. Overall, great place to stay! If we visit Palm Springs again, would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible weekend at this mid-century modern gem in Palm Springs. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained. The architecture is classic yet timeless, with clean lines, open spaces, and just the right touch of retro charm. The outdoor space was our favorite part. We spent time lounging by the pool with mountain views, sipping coffee under the palms, and enjoying quiet evenings as the sun set over the desert. Every room was beautifully styled and fully equipped, making it feel like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. It was the perfect place to unwind, celebrate our Anniversary, my wife’s first Mother’s Day, soak in everything Palm Springs has to offer. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful desert getaway.

Nino and Allie's home was beautiful. It was cozy and unique with everything we needed for our group of 5 for the weekend. I especially appreciated the kitchen amenities and utensils available, which made it feel like I was cooking at home. The video games and pool were also a group favorite! Nino and Allie were very supportive and helped with our requests. Would definitely recommend!

A great find! A group of friends and I take an annual trip and this was a perfect find. The pool was lovely and had ample shade throughout the day (which we needed in the month of June). The house was the perfect size, temperature held just right, and no bugs or anything. The one thing is Palm Springs can get windy so the tree coverage can cause the pool to get a little dirty with foliage. A note that surprised us (but wasn’t necessarily a deterrent) is that the pool is in the front yard; it didn’t feel like it often though because of the high fences and foliage. Ken was also always responsive to texts or messages!

We cannot say thank you enough for this peaceful oasis. The entire home is infused with care and thoughtfulness. We immediately felt at home. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures can show. You get a safe, lovely space to really experience being immersed in desert life. Josh and Don were the perfect hosts. Very quick to respond and help us out, but never intrusive. I filled up a whole page in the guest book with all the wonderful core memories my family built in this special place. There is an entrance to the park 10 minutes away, which allowed us to easily hike, nature, walk, picnic everyday. We will definitely be returning to this house to experience Joshua tree in different seasons. Thank you again! The Sowells

Amazing! I’m actually not a fan of Air BNB due to bad experiences with how clean it is. This was well kept and very comfortable I felt like I was at home or in a hotel. We loved our stay at Brandon’s home. It is extremely clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and we appreciated the coffee and tea in the cabinets. The pool is about a 50 foot walk from the property which was amazing on a hot day. Brandon was also so responsive before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time! The house was so clean and pretty big. It was very comfortable and quiet. The pool and yard were so amazing as well. Everything went smoothly and Morgan responded to all my messages with the information I needed very quickly. Would recommend this place to everyone!! Beautiful, quiet space to spend a few days in the heat of Palm Springs. The apt had everything I needed, especially the tried and true air conditioning, plus a wonderful and nearly empty community pool. This is a great find, especially in the off-season.

We loved our stay at the Palm Springs bungalow! The backyard oasis was perfect — we stayed in for our entire trip, and had everything we needed. The pool is gorgeous, the lounge chairs were perfect, the A/C was cool, linens were soft, and the towels were plush. It was the absolute perfect resort style stay we were looking for! We loved how private the backyard felt, and felt like we were in our own little world hanging in the backyard. Location was great with close proximity to amenities, and we enjoyed ordering Instacart for our groceries. We did not rent a car, and it was super easy to uber anywhere we needed to go. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great having laundry onsite. We will be back again!

The house was absolutely beautiful from the location to the furnishing to the layout. Additionally, Ashton could not have been a better host. Communication, helpful just a superb experience.

Truly a hidden gem. The home is in a well maintained community and it was surprising how large the property is. The backyard is massive, immaculate landscaping, beautifully tiled pool, incredible spa. Very private as well, which is a must for myself. Such spacious outdoor areas, and unique flora. It is so calm and serene. And of course the views; look in any direction and you’ll see something beautiful. The layout of the home is open; each bedroom provided guests their own private space, and the open living areas brought us together when we weren’t doing different things, or attending a well known music festival. Myself and fellow guests enjoyed the hiking trails. One even made it his morning routine, the one time I joined him we were feet from big horn sheep. Thank you for everything Dean, we all truly had a wonderful time and your property made that possible. I look forward to future stays

We loved our stay at Alex and Christine's. my husband and I stayed with four other friends for a wedding weekend. the house is spacious, quiet and clean and the pool and spa were delightful. the beds were very comfortable. the host was very responsive and friendly. the house is a short drive from a restaurants, markets and resorts and about 25 min from Palm Springs. we'd definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time at Viewtopia! A spacious and beautiful home, with 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of room to make meals and mingle. The pool and spa were a big hit and fun to have during our hot days. Kai was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Palm Springs area. We didn’t rent a car for the entire time, but Ubered places plus walked to the nearby Albertsons. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday! Thank you Kai!
