This is our second visit to Kish & Fiona's lovely home in Margate and it was just as great this time as it was originally. Kish & Fiona were a great help when we were running late for our arrival and shopping delivery for the weekend, they arranged for their cleaner to be at the property for us which was such a lovely thing to do. We will definitely be back next time we go to Margate.

We had a very enjoyable too short 3 generation holiday here and loved it. Well equipped and very practical & comfortable (the hose outside to wash sand off!) but mostly this is a child's dream holiday place - toys, books, scooters, bunk beds, table football, sandy safe beach at the end of the garden... they spent every available moment digging and splashing about and the five year old cried when we had to go! Plenty of room throughout especially the massive sea- view lounge on the middle floor. Welcoming and helpful host family. Thank you!

Some friends and I stayed for a lovely weekend. The house is great and in a brilliant location! The downstairs kitchen/diner was a perfect space to eat abc hang out. We are already planning our return next year!

A wonderful stay, everything was perfect and we ( three friends ) felt at home straight away. Clive and Solange had given us some great recommendations for food and amenities. Our stay was enhanced with lovely weather and we were able to swim on both days. Everything from the house was walkable while still remaining a peaceful place to stay. The garden was also a beautiful place to spend sometime. Clive and Solange were very generous with the check in and out times which meant we had a very relaxed start and end to our stay. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. Many thanks DD, Ruth and Rosie.

Laura's house is fabulous. It's comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for our Easter break. She was the perfect host. It was lovely being so close to the beach. It was a bit of a walk to Whitstable Harbour, but there are buses. There is also plentiful parking in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas at the Woodfire Kitchen, and super coffee and cake at the castle.

We had a lovely stay at Ursula’s place. Perfect for our young family of 4. Ursula provided all amenities we could need. The space is cosy, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend

We needed a place for 12 adults on a last-minute basis. The host only had a day's notice of our booking, but somehow managed to make the necessary arrangements for our stay . This house is palatial. It's huge! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, all of which have comfortable beds and lots of features to make your stay a great one. The kitchen is well equipped and we manage to do a lot of cooking. The only thing missing was a wooden spoon. There were also lots of spices and condiments that we were able to use for our cooking. There are 2.5 WC's here and the main bathroom is the most beautiful bathroom I've personally ever used. This is a great stay for a large group and I would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

Jonathan was proactive in reaching out before our check in to make sure we didn’t have any issues when checking in. His place was as described and perfect for our family stay. It’s a few minutes away walking from the town centre and the parking was ideal as we also wanted to visit Dover by car. Clean and a good price for everything! Definitely recommend

Really wonderful place to stay. Just a couple of very minor gripes. The hot water in the shower did not stay hot it alternated between hot and relatively cold, made showering an experience. The remainder of the place was great, decent garden to sit out in the sun with a coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms easy to air with the new windows. All in all a great stay. So easy to walk into the main shopping part of town or the older Cathedral district.

We all had a very comfortable stay .The beds are great and all the furnishings are really tasteful and good quality. Great bathrooms and kitchen.Everywhere was incredibly clean . The stairs could be an issue if you have a mobility problem and probably wouldn't be suitable for young children. Location is perfect and there is a high number of eateries very close by. Recommend you visit "The Kitchen " a few minutes away for good cafe food and a lovely host called Keith . Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay in Fi’s place. The house is perfectly located for easy walking distance to everything Margate has to offer. The house is decorated beautifully but still a space we could feel comfortable with three children under 8. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking we wanted to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thanks!

Very convenient for centre of Canterbury and very well maintained small house. Everything in it that you would need.

Nice, comfortable well presented house in a very pleasant location, which was ideal for me as a lone traveller. Under 10 minute walk to the city centre and only 2 minutes from Canterbury East railway station, which is very handy. Also, the White Hart Inn is a few yards away, which is a pleasant pub! Rob is a super host; very proactive and helpful.

Beautifully appointed cosy cottage perfect for our family party of 5 adults. Anne was really helpful and very responsive. Plenty of helpful recommendations for things to do, places to eat etc. Secluded garden space was a bonus and being such a short walk from the town centre meant we could walk everywhere - including from the station. Well equipped kitchen - not always standard in an Airbnb - and lovely extra touches of bread and fresh flowers.

Very good location for our concert at Dreamland, lots to do, only a ten minute walk to the beach. Paul was a great host, very responsive and willing to fix any issues we had. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Julian's cottage in Whitstable. Julian was great - very clear instructions on how to let ourselves in and very responsive to our questions.

Very nice townhouse, completely refurbished. Small rooms, but spaceful livingrooms and kitchen. The communication with Claire was very easy.

What a gorgeous property and responsive host! The home is stunning and perfectly suits the seaside town of Whitstable. It is quaint and beautifully decorated yet still has all the essentials comforts provided, and then some. Excellent location from which to access the train station, Whitstable and Tankerton as well as the harbour. Recommendations for things to do and places to dine provided by host. Should your holiday not be as sunny as you hope, the cozy log burner in the tv room provides a divine place to curl up to read or watch a film. Beautiful garden, sunroom and cozy kitchen. I would recommend without hesitation and we hope to return should our travels take us back to the area.

I stayed with a group of friends for a weekend - this was perfect for us, right next to the station and just a short walk away from everything Broadstairs has to offer. There's loads of communal space in the house which was great for staying inside when it was cooler, and then we enjoyed the barbecue in the garden when the sun came out! Karim was really helpful and able to accommodate a last minute request from us. Would definitely come back!

Had a brilliant 2 day stay at this lovely house. The house was walkable to everything in Deal yet in a really quiet spot, it was perfect. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and just felt like 'home'. You can tell that someone has lived here, it has a lot of character. Particularly loved all the toys and games which kept my kids endlessly amused. Recommend bringing a Firestick or Chromestick if you want to watch on demand TV as the TV isn't the newest. But, with so many games and books in the house maybe you don't need the TV? Thanks to Bev and Soph for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely week here as a family of five - it's a great location to get to all the local attractions. The house was spotlessly clean and Andrew made up the girls room with bedding and a teepee and some Easter treats. Thank you!

Great price for a cosy stay, full of entertainment, amazing food choices and only a few minutes away from the sea. Highly recommend - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Mike was helpful and very responsive all throughout .
