We’ve had the best time. The barn is very beautiful surrounded but the most beautiful garden. The place was very idyllic for a weekend escape. The location is a short drive from Dungeness. Rye and Folkestone . The pool and hot tub were added bonus. Thank you so much for a wonderful break.

Aimee was an amazing host and when we had a question about the hot tub she rang back within 5 minutes. Aimee was lovely in person to when we saw her with her horses walking our dog. So friendly and chatty and the horses are lovely too. Such a beautiful little cottage, so peaceful and quiet, big enclosed garden with our dog Brody loved running around it. Hot tub was lovely too. Easy to find and clear and easy instructions to get to the place to. We will definitely be back to stay again and if you want a peaceful place to stay to get away from day to day stresses this is the place. Loads of dog walks around, the guest book had loads of helpful tips in. 10 minute driver from the white cliffs of Dover to. Thank you Aimee for being a fab host and such a lovely place to stay!

Our group of 7 friends and a dog had a lovely stay at the barn. We loved the social spaces, it was great that the garden is secure so Fergus was free to roam but also contained. The outdoor dining space is great to enjoy in the good weather and the indoor spaces are cosy. Loved the extra touches of fairy lights on and log burner lit on arrival, dressing gowns and slippers and plenty of towels was great. We had a day in nearby Whitstable, walked to a local pub for lunch another day. A great base. The only thing worth noting is that to get to the single beds you need to crawl so will only work for adults than can crawl. Very likely to return.

Second time my friends and I stayed at Lily Loft. Again didn’t disappoint. Such a gem of a fine with rolling countryside views and peaceful surroundings. Both the inside and outside space is perfect for friends to get together and make memories. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay here for 5 days as a family of 5 including 2 elderly grandparents plus our dog. From the minute we walked through the gate, we were amazed by the beauty of the cottage and secluded garden, which our dog loved. The pool and hot tub were great touches and we made the most of them even though the weather wasn’t as hot as we would like. We enjoyed using the fireplace too in the evenings, which gave the cottage a comfy cosy feel. There were lovely touches, such as a welcome basket & treats left on the beds and for the dog. We would love to revisit and hope to do so in the future. Really recommend this cottage for some relaxing time away with family or friends.

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Lovely stay that felt like the countryside, even though Woodchurch was just minutes away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. The property was clean, well maintained, and we enjoyed feeding the fish at the little pond. I really appreciated the small touches—like snacks and drinks available for purchase. Thoughtful, peaceful, and convenient!

Me and my partner stayed for three nights, and all I can say is WOW ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay. The property worked perfectly for a couple, and was better than we could have imagined. The hot tub area was secluded and even better than the images that we originally looked at. The stay was pure relaxation, and the hosts were fantastic. An extra special thank you for the lemon drizzle cake and small added extras, they made such a lovely touch!!! We are already planning to revisit again - definitely do not hesitate to book!

Stayed for a girls weekend and the cottage is in a great location within a very short walk of the harbour, beach and high street with many lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is cosy and characterful and the garden and parking are a great advantage especially as on street parking is hard to find. (However there is long stay public parking a few minute walk away) It wasn’t an issue for us, however if someone is elderly, has restricted mobility or perhaps very young children they should be aware that the stairs are particularly steep without handrails to the first and second floor where the bedrooms are located. Furthermore the bathroom is located on the ground floor so if requiring it in the night one has to navigate the stairs. All in all, lovely place and great location so we had a great stay and would recommend.

We spent an absolutely wonderful few days in Charlie's charming cottage. It was very well appointed with lots of little touches and extras to make our stay very comfortable, we were thrilled with the food hamper and all the condiments/cereals/bits and bobs in the kitchen to make cooking stress free. Location wise, it is close to good roads/transport links yet simultaneously feels right in the middle of the countryside, we enjoyed a number of beautiful walks in the local area and it was very convenient for the nearby Champneys. I would highly recommend staying here :) Thanks for having us!

Fantastic location so close to the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants. Everything you needed minutes from the doorstep. Great sized bedrooms and lovely courtyard enclosed garden. Would defiantly stay again.

We stayed as a family in Dahlia’s beautiful cottage. It is in the absolute heart of town with everything on your doorstep. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Beds great and lovely linens. The little back garden was perfect for breakfast and an evening drink. We were left a nice bottle of bubbles in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Dahlia is very responsive to messages. We had no problems at all in the cottage. WiFi is great, parking was a bit tricky on the day we arrived but got a little easier House was spotless. No 1 Whitstable did delicious food and The Ship Centurean did a fabulous Sunday roast . James was a great host, incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to queries. wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We had the best time at Caroline’s idyllic little country home. The place was spotless and cosy and perfect for relaxing and listening to the birds! We especially liked the sheep that came to say hello at the bottom of the garden. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Lovely home with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed tea on the backyard enclosed patio. Spectacular beach just a few steps away. Easy walking to shops , restaurants and pubs. Host responded to all questions quickly. Truly a special place I hope to stay in again!

Alison dough cottage was lovely and spacious, great for dogs. High end fixtures and fittings. lovely welcome hamper. whitstable right on your doorstep, with parking places in street around the back. pubs restaurants and takeaways a stones throw away.

We loved staying in Nicola's lovely house. It was very comfortable and she had very kindly left us supplies so we could make a tea and coffee as soon as we arrived. The beach is in easy walking distance and we enjoyed wandering around Deal. It was also a great base to explore Kent and the kids enjoyed the beaches as well as walking along the White Cliffs at Dover.

We had a wonderful stay - it is a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings! Very well equipped, especially for travelling with infants. We would absolutely go back!

Smashing location for enjoying Broadstairs. The house has lots of stairs so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues but it was ideal for us. We were two families including 3 kids, who had a great time. The big communal kitchen was fab with everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfy and although there’s only one bathroom it was manageable because of the additional loo. Shower in the back yard is handy for washing sand off when you’re coming home from the beach!

Jo’s cottage is perfect in every way, so well laid out and excellent amenities. I cannot fault it. Jo has thought of everything and is a very generous host, providing treats and amongst other things, eggs juice bread and butter. Upon entering through a side gate it’s like stepping into a fairy land, a private and beautiful garden and a cottage to relax and unwind in. So well positioned to visit numerous attractions and beaches. The swing seat is a wonderful addition, on a summers day and well into the evening during and after spectacular sunsets it’s a great place to unwind and take in a a gorgeous view. ‘Badger Cam’ is a must! We saw them all the nights we were there along with a fox and this is a great way to watch them uninterrupted. I would highly recommend Jo as a host and her beautiful cottage you won’t be disappointed. We hope to return soon . Thank you Jo

We stayed in this cottage over the weekend and it was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic as you're less than 5 minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants. Whitstable is a great costal town too with much to offer. I recommend going to Whitstable and staying in this cottage. It has everything you need. Sue is a great host too, being attentive, informative and very helpful. We would like to come back. Thanks Sue

Lovely little house, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Extremely central location with parking for one car. Excellent communication from host Dean who is very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend. Hope to return in the near future as there is so much more to see in Canterbury than we managed in just a weekend!

We spent the most beautiful time during our first visit to the UK, my partner and I. We were lucky to have chosen Mrs. Jaya’s cottage – it was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and charming, with a stunning view. Mrs. Jaya gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel like we were at home with family. She provided us with all the information we could possibly need, and I’ll never forget her kindness in driving us to the grocery store in her own car. Thank you for all the beauty, the connection with nature, and the wonderful hospitality.

We had a fabulous stay in Barbara & Mike’s gorgeous little cottage in Deal. It was exactly as described, well equipped and perfectly located right in the heart of the town. It felt very homely and had loads of charm. Deal was a lovely place to spend a long weekend.
