The house is a 5-7 min walk to the beach. Richmond Beach House is in a great location. Waitrose-5 mins away, Addington Street - 3 mins away; which has cafes, a mix of shops and a couple of fabulous bars. The house is light, spacious, full of areas to relax, whether in front of an open fire or relaxing to watch a movie. The kitchen is open plan and chatting whilst cooking is encouraged. There are lots of great restaurants on the doorstep too. It is perfect for families (with kids) and big groups.

A delightful self contained rural holiday chalet situated in the 3.5 acre grounds of our smallholding. We are in a small rural hamlet surrounded by orchards and footpaths with a village pub 4 doors away. Close to sandy beaches at Minnis Bay, Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate's Royal Harbour. Whitstable and the city of Canterbury are close by. We are also only 30 minutes to the eurotunnel and dover port if you fancy a day trip to france. love the seaside? This house is literally on the beach. Every room has full sea views. It is a heritage listed house with 3 double bedrooms and one bunk room. It has private smugglers caves, wood burning stove, brick bbq, wood burning pizza oven, a record player, space invaders and table football. This house has been specifically designed as a high end family house not a party house. I have a very good relationship with my neighbours and would like to keep it that way.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
