There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living kitchen, two bathrooms, and a toilet. In front of the apartment is a bus station, from where you can get to the Reiteralm ski area in 15 minutes or in 5 min to the Rittisberg area. The location of the apartment is also convenient for cross-country lovers, well-maintained trails lead near the apartment.

So close to NATURE

Relax in the quiet surroundings, or be active in sports. However you want. The house is located directly on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away from the house. In 8 minutes' walk, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop and the lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes' walk, there is a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries from the forest right behind the house.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

Vacation at the Bergerhof

I was able to spend 3 nights at the Bergerhof and could not have enjoyed the time more! The area is great for hiking and I got very good tips for hiking from Christian, also adapted to the respective weather conditions of the day. Otherwise, his mother, Maria, was also in the yard. Thanks to you, I got a great breakfast every morning with nice company (even at 6 a.m. for early hikes) and was also able to take enough food for the hike! You can hike directly from the farm and you are wonderfully secluded for real peace! And all the animals give the whole thing a great character! On the last day, I also bought myself some delicacies (products from my own cultivation/farm). Would come back at any time for a hiking holiday or to escape the stress of everyday life!

The location of the accommodation was the best! It was a 15-minute drive to Hallstatt, 30 minutes to Lake Gosau, and 10 minutes to Bad Ischl, so it was very easy to travel. Among the accommodations I stayed in during this trip to Austria, the accommodation here was in the best condition. It was sensibly remodeled, so the space was beautiful, and I was healed while staying at the accommodation. The warm water came out well, and the water pressure was strong, so I felt good in the shower, and the kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils, so there was no inconvenience when cooking. Overall, it's a really satisfying accommodation.

Karl is very friendly and positive person. He was waiting for us before we arrived. The apartment is small but cozy and clean and everything you need is available. But most importantly it is in a beautiful and quiet location. I can only recommend :-)

Such a lovely stay! 🥰 The hosts were so kind, communication was easy, and the surroundings were beautiful. The ski bus stop was super close, and breakfast had so many delicious options. I really hope to come back. Highly recommend! 🌞
